Just another collection of GREEDY doctors out to make as much money as possible! I was told by their billing office that they opted out of PAs Medical Assistance program because it doesnt reimburse at a high enough level. So much for these doctors actually being interested in helping people get health care as compared to MAKING AS MUCH MONEY AS THEY CAN! I also asked if this practice had the capability of accepting on-line payments and was told that they do not at this time. When I asked why not, I was told it was just not something the doctors in this practice have looked into. When I informed the person in the billing office that it is very easy to do this by setting up a Pay Pal account (which costs NOTHING! and which many small businesses, including home-based businesses such as mine have already done), she simply stated that this practice IS ALSO a small business but offered no explanation as to why they have not done this. I can only assume that the GREEDY doctors who own this practice are too busy golfing, or attending medical junkets in exotic locations to be bothered with such mundane things like making it easier for their patients to pay their bills. I informed the person in the billing office to whom I spoke that I would NEVER visit this practice again because of their apparent lack of concern for their patients and the apparent interest in making as MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE over providing health care to sick people. My experience with this practice simply reinforces my views as to what is wrong with Americas health care system: a system driven by GREEDY doctors who charge for EVERYTHING they do, i.e."fee-for-service", GREEDY INSURANCE COMPANIES WHO LOOK FOR ANY WAY TO AVOID PAYING A CLAIM, and a GENERALLY INEPT GOVERNMENT which creates programs that mostly serve the interests of these same doctors and insurance companies. IT SEEMS THAT NO ONE IS REALLY CONCERNED WITH THE ULTIMATE CONSUMERS OF HEALTH CARE, THE SICK, AND OFTEN POOR PATIENTS! The rating system for this practice uses a 1-5 star system. Based on my experience with this practice, ID GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 1-STAR RATING IF I COULD! AVOID THIS PRACTICE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I have taken my daughter to Aspire Urgent care twice. Once for a cut finger that needed stitches, and once for a head laceration that required glue. I have also been to Urgent Care for a slight concussion. Additionally, my son and I have seen Dr. Rayner, who is our new Primary Care Physician, and I have seen Dr. Deline at Sante Integrative Medicine, which is in the same location as Aspire. Dr. Deline and Dr. Rayner are able to work together to help me achieve my health care goals. Dr. Deline is very nurturing, caring, and willing to get to the root of the problem instead of just throwing medications at the patient. Dr. Rayner also listens to your concerns and questions without making you feel as though you are being rushed out the door. The ladies at the front desk have done a fantastic job of answering my questions, helping me to either pay cash for my blood work (which saves money), or working to make sure that my childrens visits will be billed correctly for insurance coverage purposes. Whenever you call, youre put on hold most times; however, I like the fact that Im not talking to a machine or pressing a bunch of buttons to get to a live body. The office has a peaceful feel to it that makes going to the dr., which is usually a stressful time, a not so bad experience. I highly recommend Aspire Family Medicine, Urgent Care, and Sante Integrative Medicine.

I had a blocked ear canal so I went into urgent care. I thought I had an earache, not too painful but still a major annoyance. So, when I got in the wait was not too long and a young PA came in and checked out my ear. She was very friendly and not judgmental when she informed me it was just an enormous amount of wax build up. She first tried to dig it out with an instrument that was kind of like a the thing the dentist uses to scrape the plaque off your teeth. She got a nugget the size of a small grape out of my ear and immediately I felt some relief of pressure. She looked back in and realized there was still a lot more wax, so she poured peroxide into my ear as I had it tilted. It felt like there were worms wriggling inside my ear canal. After five minutes she stopped by and drained out the peroxide and then used the instrument again to get out the remaining nugget, this one the size of a normal grape. Through it all she had a good sense of humor and did not seem to mind the fact that she was pulling out wads of dark, gross wax out of my ear. She was very friendly, professional, and quick at her work. Kudos to the amazing staff at this location!

My wife and I have been unsatisfied with the doctors that we have tried. I took the internet and researched nearly every medical office that we could in Lancaster and Dauphin counties. This is what we were looking for: + Excellent customer service + Use of modern technology + Male and female practitioners + Focus on wellness and nutrition + Openness to integrative medicine On paper, Aspire was the only practice that ticked all of those boxes. We werent sold, however, since we havent been happy with our past experiences with doctors, but any doubts that we might have had were blown away after our initial visit. I was incredibly impressed with the level of care that we received, that they were prompt, took a significant amount of time with us, wanted to know what our health goals were, and were thoughtful in their approach. Im so happy that my wife and I have found a medical practice that we feel comfortable with. There is much wrong with medicine today and Aspire is a breath of fresh air amongst all of the problems.

Hey Scot Giambalvo
I trust people viewing these rating will disregard the negative post by J. Zawacki. While that person may certainly voice his opinion about coverage and insurance acceptance, that is a challenge all health-care providers face. What matters here; what carries value and makes patients comfortable, lies within the people at Aspire, not their billing practices. My family suffered over a decade with a family practice that apparently believed providing medical care didnt have to be friendly or engaging. When we found Aspire, and Dr. Raynor, we were energized by the attitude and demeanor of the staff and our new doctor. Performance and attention to your needs in a medical care environment filters down from the top. If how you are treated matters to you when you visit your doctor about how you feel, you will be pleased with Aspire Family Medicine and Aspire Urgent Care. This is one testimonial I am happy to write, and you should be confident in reading.

Called on 12/27/15 at 11:20am and asked how busy they were. Was told that the waiting room was empty and they had 2 patients in the back seeing the 2 doctors that were on duty so to come right in. Left right away and got there at 11:28am and the parking lots was full and so was the waiting room (13 people). Asked the lady at the desk why she said they were empty 10 minutes ago.(was the same one I talked to by her voice) she states that they all just walked in and that was more than 10 minutes since I called. Sat down looked at my phone that confirmed it was 8 minutes since my call. Asked the guy beside me if he just got here and he said the place was just as full when I called and he was there for awhile. This was my first visit to them and I have to have full trust in my health care provider and their employees. I WAS BLATANTLY LIED TO. Got up and left.
