This is absolutely the most unprofessional organization I ever dealt with! I waited two months for a time sensitive appointment and they did not call or notify me that the physicon left the practice. The directors have ZERO accountability for their subordinates! The directors cut you off when you are expressing concerns about the way things are being run! They have a very strict patient lateness policy but you end up waiting 2-3 hours beyond the appointment time to be seen. The managers and directors have ZERO respect for patients! The staff does NOT respect patient privacy! This place is reminiscent of a run down free clinic. They make you think you are going to see a GYN but a midwife performs all GYN procedures. She calls you a few da later to tell you she needs to repeat the test because she did not get what she needed in order for the lab to read the results. The lab will stick you countless times for blood draws. Bottom line, this place is a. major disappointment! The leaders are so complacent because they know there is zero accountability for their poor services. I wish this place could be investigated because its pretty pathetic. They bill your insurance to repeat test that they messed up. Its sickening! Just downright drama haven and laxity to the overall patient commitment!!!

Ive been here for 10min and I hate it! Thank God its only for a emergency. Where do I start ? I got here at 230 got pushed aside trying to come thou the door by some overly gay man. OK how about with the lack of signage, there is nothing directing you as to where to go to sign inn, the windows are only number 1A, 2B etc I asked this unprofessional lady with scrubs on where did I need to sign inn at her flirting with the security gard was more important, after standing in the wrong line at window 1A I was told by a person in the waiting room to go around the corner while still waiting (it is 2:40 by now ) I was then told that I didnt need to wait in the line (which had three people ahead of me) I just needed to sign inn before I could here comes this women running and jumped infront of me all to sign inn looking at the women behind the window who didnt say anything so I kindly cross the women who jump me name out and wrote mine . The people in the waiting room doesnt know the different of inside voice, private conversations and earphones as I sad before this was only for a emergency.

Very awesome health service facility. Unfortunately not quite as great as the Nount Vernon location, but its much newer and not nearly as large, however they are expanding. The pharmacists do go back and forth between Randallstown and Mt. Vernon and are the most caring people youll ever meet as are the case managers. They also have recently added Saturday hours on alternating weekends which is VERY rare for a health care faculty (thats not a walk-in clinic. Chase Braxton is especially fantastic with the LGBTQ community, I would advise anyone of any age, gender or sexual orientation to utilize this facility

So I called to cancel an appointment and the receptionist without asking transfers me to Spanish line.I guess she figured that because I dont have Baltimore accent (Im originally from NY newyorican)that I automatically know Spanish.My English is clear enough for her not to had placed me on transfer .Very prejudice and stereotypical...even racist.For all she knows I speak Tagalog or French but she went on assuming I was fluent in Spanish because of my newyorican accent ( many Puerto Ricans from NY dont even speak Spanish) unnecessarily wasted another five minutes of my time on hold .

This is the worst Doctors office EVER!!! My Doctor and Dentist are unprofessional. Thank God the receptionist is pleasant which makes up for the B.S. I have to deal with from the doctor & dentist. One time I went to get blood work and the medical assistant who drew my blood kept laughing and goofing around that she had to keep drawing my blood over and over again. Not to mention it took me literally 6 months to recieve a referral to a Dermatologist and aOrthodontist... like really Im done with Chase Brexton

Whenever you call youre on hold for what seems like forever. I have been calling for two days trying to make a doctors appointment and am kept on hold so long, listening to automated messages apologizing for the delay, "Your call will be answered as soon as possible." Also Im calling the Randallstown location number but all calls are routed to a main line in Baltimore City. Why give patients the location numbers when they all will go to another/central location. Just plain dumb.

Ive only come here each time to pick up medication and they are ridiculously slow. Every time I come Im waiting for what seems like forever. Ive had experience with other places and Chase Brexton in Randallstown is by far the worst!! I would never come here for a doctors appointment due to my experience with the pharmacy. In addition none of the doctors in the office are board certified so I wouldnt trust them with my life.

The kindest doctors I have ever met! For years I had depression and low energy. I have seen about 20 doctors. After two visits to chase brexton they found that I had a rare thyroid condition. My life is different. THANK YOU!
