My visit to Concentra in Columbia was less than pleasant, to say the least. The front desk employees where quite inattentive, more concerned about sharing pictures on their cell phone with coworkers than even acknowledging a patient at the counter. I was told my total time there would be about 1.5 hours. I there for over 3 hours. There were a few unsanitary issues, which is worrisome in a medical practice. And even the nurse was unprofessional, leaving the exam room for 20 minutes (after preparing vaccinations, which were left on the table) so another nurse could vent to her. Then asking me where she left off. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. Unfortunately it is commonly used for pre-employment vaccinations and testing, leaving one no choice to go elsewhere unless they want to pay out of pocket and go to their own physician.

This has got to be the slowest Urgent Care facility on the planet. I do not get sick very often, therefor I do not have a regular doctor and use these companies. This is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They were extremely slow and you could overhear the nurses talking and joking around (not working) while in the waiting rooms. Once I was finally seen by a PA, she was in an out of my room in less than 90 seconds after waiting over 2 hours in the lobby, then another 45 minutes in the patient examination room. To top it all off, once I was actually seen by the PA I had to wait another 20 minutes for her to complete ONE prescription.... This place was a joke and HIGHLY recommend that if you need to visit an urgent care facility, go somewhere else and save yourself the headache...

Worst place ever, dont know why businesses use this place, this is the second time his happen, showed up for physical and stress test, was told to come back 2 days later because doctor wasnt in for stress test, so I said can I do physical then come back for stress test, no have to do it all at once, come back 2 days later and doctor still not in till next week, but I could do physical today, what the hell was the difference from 2 days ago. This also happen to my wife a year ago, same concentra. This place cant seem to get the stuff straight. They need new management here, also doctors, they also screws up ekg and had to go to primary doctor, they said concentra doctor didnt know what they were doing, they hook up ekg wrong.

First time coming here. I came to get DOT tested. I read the reviews but Im always a person to kinda give the benefit of the doubt.. NO! This place is EXACTLY how the reviews state! RUDE. Dismissive... inconsiderate. When I came here its a black lady with gold hair at the front desk. Acted like she didnt even want to service me... I was the First one in the office.. then told me she didnt wanna make change... so I went across the stress to get chance. I came back and she had put EVERYONE IN FRONT OF ME... least she couldve done was got right back to me being as tho She told me to leave out and come back! Just rude!!!! So terrible!!!

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, waited 2 1/2 hours for a TB shot and blood work, the young Hispanic man didnt know what he was doing, didnt do the paper work right. Then come in two days later for them to read my TB and waited 1 hour, then come to find out my blood work wasnt labeled correctly and had to draw more blood and then they lost my record of me even being there two days prior to this visit. If you can go else where I would highly suggest it. Once again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

From walking up to the sign-in desk and throughout my appointment I spoke with 4 different staff members. Each was efficient, courteous, and professional. As a walk-in appointment, I knew I would have to wait, but even that was mostly taken up by the forms I needed to fill out anyway. I really could not have asked for a better experience today.

Mandatory DOT physical but your choice of where to get that physical is not mandatory. Been doing mine here for eight years, no more. They have become so slow, been here 2 & 1/2 hours now. Employees walking all around, this is ridiculous. They make you pay BEFORE physical, probably so you cant LEAVE.

Physical Therapy is fantastic. Creative care and concern for her patients. DPT Hollis Betti took great care and taught me the skills to continue care after my treatments were complete. The doctors and staff were friendly and personable and I got in right at my scheduled times. Thanks Concentra!

I was a little worried to come here because of the reviews but overall the staff was great! They were nice and worked fairly fast pace to get people through the door and the process. I have no complaints about this place.

Not a pleasant experience here. Frustrating wait times. If there was true competition in health care, I think this place would be out of business - although I guess that could be said of many clinics.

Even for a doctors office, this place is slow as hell. Was here for over 2.5 hours just for a simple physical. Most of it was spent waiting for the idiots at the desk to fill out paperwork.

Terrible wait times - 4.5 hours and not even busy in. Staff are rude, dismissive and ignore patients to finish personal conversations. Took 45 mins just to get paperwork.

Didnt listen to my health issues prescribed wrong medication called me by the wrong name wouldnt take my calls when I asked for another medication. AWFUL!
