I cant tell you the number of times this company has messed up on my billing. I have spent countless hours managing their mistakes. They are a new company and havent figured how to manage a big company. My primary care doctors were really good but it takes a long time to get an appointment and now one ever told me I could see another primary doctor outside of their office for tier 2. I had to beg the front dest to give a referral atleast 7 times when I had to see a specialist. They kept on taking their sweet old time until I had to cancel my appointment.

Had to deal with them while my family was transitioning to new insurance. This place baffles my mind. Experienced long wait times even when no other patients were present. Rude and unhelpful staff. Somebody is always on break or out for vacation, and somehow that means they cant help. My wife requested records regarding our son for him to attend school, they lost the request forms for a few days and seven business days later they still cant provide the requested forms. I dont know how theyre still in business.

I have been going here for 2 years and the individualized care i receive is unparalleled. I am VERY picky about my healthcare, and the staff at the Columbia center has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion.
