Dr. PAVELKA is a rude pompous JERK!!!! He has ZERO bedside manners and has NO time to LISTEN to ANYONE!!! My mom went in there today to have him look at her foot. As a beautician we often get HAIR SLIVERS. It really does happen people........ He told her there was no such thing that hair has no cuticle or ability to penetrate into the skin. When my mom tried to explain what it was he told her " when then I guess beauticians know more than MDs" Months ago I went in with my son who was very sick, He came in didnt give us a chance to even talk to him about our problems, we tries to ask him questions, he wouldnt answer and when he did he made us sound like idiots. he said nothing was wrong, didnt even say goodbye, just walked out I guess our appoinment was done. I tool my sone over to the urgent care later and he was given Anti-biotics for Bronchitis. The rest of the doctors in the clinic are amazing!! they have all made us feel welcome and important and any questions we have they answer with out making you feel like a true dummy. The staff there is amazing as well, Very polite, kind and helpful. My person al favorite among the doctors is Dr. Sayer very compassionate, and attentive. Also Dr. Kalina is great

Jeff Young is a great doctor. Hes never steered me wrong. HOWEVER, the reception staff is the least competent I have ever seen in my life. They didnt apologize for not truly booking the appointment, didnt make room for me, didnt keep my appointment, didnt know I was a patient, couldnt spell my name without assistance!(?), the list goes on and on. Of course I took time off work to do this and now my problem isnt sorted out and Ive lost money over it. The word professional should never be used in conjunction with OCFP. If you value your health, find a new place to go to because the incredibly incompetent and non-literate staff cant help you here. If you ignore this advice, call daily to confirm your appointment because they will forget it and leave you with no recourse. Verdict: the worst.

As a teenager this was my parents preferred clinic. So of course I attended. Sarah Kalina was my first doctor, and she is just hands down amazing. She is very caring and informative, its a shame she is only there a few days a week. On Dr. Pavelka: I must warn you, dont do it! I saw him when no-one else was available for an injury. He was short, un-comfortable, and careless. I do everything possible to stay away from him. I had to see him three times to get an answer that another doctor provided in the first five minutes. I am not confident of his knowledge as a doctor. Dr. Sayer on the other hand is a very compassionate doctor. You can actually ask him a question and get an answer! I am comfortable putting my health in his hands, and would strongly recommend him to anyone. Cheers

I have been a Patient at OCFP for the last 5 years due to some rather serious health problems hitting mid-life. I have never seen a male doctor there, just the NPs, Sarah Kalina and Ashley Cooley, and very highly recommend both. I usually see Sarah, who is extremely capable, to the point, but still takes the time to listen. Even better, she comes up with real solutions and recommends equally capable out-of-office specialists (for me a Surgeon, then later Spine Specialist) that have further earned my trust in her judgement. Ashley was my substitute when Sarah was out on leave, and she is just as excellent. I feel very fortunate to have found two such doctors/Nps in one office.

Worst customer service. I tried to call and see if they take my insurances. . . And they do take my primary, but as soon as I said my secondary is OHP the gal completely shut my questions out and said they could not see me even if I didnt want to use my secondary insurance. She was very short and not helpful in anyway. First impressions are everything and having an attitude on the phone with a potential new patient is just going to crush that business. I cant believe in the 2 minute conversation we had I could just tell she had a frown on her face. Obviously I wont be going there in the future or recommend the customer service.

I would like to address the poor reviews given to Dr. Pavelka in this practice. I worked with Dr. Pavelka for a number of years before he moved to Oregon and I must say, the only complaints he ever received were from unrealistic people, who wanted what they wanted...despite the fact that the requests they made were ridiculous. He is EXTREMELY knowledgable, helpful and kind hearted. He is not there to stroke your ego or kiss your boo-boo. If your looking for a doctor that will bow down and worship you...get real, when you see a doctor he is there for one reason to find the cause and the cure. Hes not there to be your buddy!

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Seyer, he is a really good doctor even though he is usually late but that is to be expected with doctors. The staff is not the best and usually are not super friendly, maybe because they are so busy. I get hung up on A LOT when they put me on hold and tend to have long hold times. They just put out a number station where you have to take a number to be helped and that was what I liked about them that it wasnt a cattle call but now I feel like just a number. People just seem to be unhappy there and if Dr. Seyer wasnt so great I would not go there.

A year ago I was on the hunt for a new PCP, since mine retired and after a couple of visits with other doctors I met Dr Seyer and decided he was the best fit. When Im in an appt with him, hes great! But the office overall needs some serious improvement. They totally suck at following up, and returning calls. Although I threatened this the last time I went in, they have ONE more chance to prove themselves then I am really done with them. I wouldnt give them another chance, but finding the right PCP is so hard!!

Good Lord all I want to do is make an appointment and I have been hung up on twice put on hold for EVER and the young darling on the other end sounds as if answering the phone is a great effort. I would be a new patient here as I have heard great things about their doctors but at this rate I wouldnt go here for a hang nail let alone my primary care. if this is how they treat people right from the beginning. After reading the other reviews I believe I will look elsewhere!

Love all the new changes in the last year or so! Being able to access my records from home through their new record system has made my life so much easier...urgent care clinic on Wednesdays AND Saturdays...not to mention my wife loves that she can see Dr.Seyer for her botox injections instead of having to drive all the way to portland. Staff are friendly and quick at taking care of my requests. I wont be leaving any time soon!!
