Should be ZERO stars.. My experience was one of the worst. I was in a snowboarding accident and do not have insurance so I am a cash patient and have limited funds for medical attention. Told them I thought my collarbone was broken. I was told on the phone the visit was $125 on debit or $100 cash. Then if I needed an x-ray it would be $80. So, I made an appointment. Upon arriving I made my cash payment for the visit and the receptionist said I would settle the x-ray when I left, if I needed it. The lady taking them was emotionless and left me standing at the x-ray machine in a vest that I was expected to hold up on my own while she spent what felt like 10 minutes looking at the x-ray before taking me back to the room. The doctor says there are no breaks and sends me on my way with 7 painkillers. I overhear someone saying in the hall that she cant put "doctor who saw me" on the prescription, so they used someone elses name. This was very fishy but none of my business because I dont know the protocol. I stop at the front desk and was told unless I needed a doctors note for work we were all settled up. So I left. 10 days after the accident I talk to an advice nurse who was checking up on me. I tell her I was in alot of pain still. She said shed call back after shes talked to the doctor. A week goes by and I call back having not heard from anyone. The x-ray tech (I can tell from her lack of emotion) tells me they closed the account. Says I would need to make another appointment. So, I do. I drive there and they turn me away saying all they can do is refer me to get an MRI and can do nothing for me otherwise. 7 weeks later and I get a recorded message calling saying I need to set up an account to pay a bill. Apparently I owe them $160?!? So I call and the gal on the phone (so far the most compassionate of all of them) says I owe that because they took two X-rays because thats what the doctor needed to tell me the bone wasnt broken... I was a cash patient; I should have been told I was being charged for TWO. I should have been informed before taking the x-ray. They had another chance at the front desk after the appointment or even when I came back for a follow up that they turned me away from...... This place doesnt care about you and will rob you blind months afterward...

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I SO WOULD!!!!! Saw a doc (I believe his name is Cam?? Dude doc with brown curly hair and a beard) last Monday because my throat was swollen and had white spots on it. Hurt so bad that I couldnt swallow. My body was also in a ton of pain and I was throwing up a lot. The instant strep test came back negative, but I was garaunteed a call back by that doc in less than 2 days. Never got a call back at all, so I just chalked it up to possible mono and the flu and let it run its course even though my throat is hurting again. Got a call from my pharmacy on Friday which was weird, went on Saturday to realize a prescription for Penicillin was called in by a doctor I didnt see and have no clue who the heck she is. Called this morning to find out why. The receptionist said, "Oh yeah, your test results came back on Tuesday that you were positive for strep so you need to get the antibiotic that was sent in." ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?!?!?! I have had strep for a week now and no one decided to call and tell me that I needed meds at all?!?! And you waited a whole 4 days to call my script in when you knew what I had?!?! And now my 3.5 yr old son has been congested and coughing for 3 days and has possibly contracted strep or something else when I could have been on antibiotics this whole time to possibly prevent that?!?! There are no words to describe how pissed off I am and how this place doesnt have much of a concern for its patients and actually what is going on with you. GUESSING IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE TAUGHT IN MEDICAL SCHOOL!!!

I was profoundly disappointed. The physicians assistant and the doctor both were unfriendly, unwelcoming. They didnt make eye contact, or use my name, and barely asked 3 sentences about my injury. Just entered the exam room staring at clipboard and a brusque "So what happened?" The doctor scarcely glanced at my injury, didnt examine it for my ability to use, and quickly exited saying theyd send me to xray (it is a positive that xray IS avail on site). Once at the xray table the same assistant was bluntly impatient with my inability to position injured body part exactly as she wanted (pain& swelling prevented some movement) and as fast as she wanted. If I could have made it to my regular doctors office instead, I would certainly have preferred the warm and kindly caring examinations they provide - over this rude and irritable staff at Columbia Urgent care. Would it really have been so hard to smile, or speak kindly to a person in pain? Wouldnt it generate more confidence if the doctor actually took a few minutes to closely check the injury? I would return again only in case Oof urgent need (especially for bleeding or xray) if combined with absolute inability to get to my regular doctors office. Otherwise, I will avoid this incredibly unfriendly group.

The physicians assistant is here excellent - he listens and is concerned about your health and you as a whole. Both the nurses and receptionist have treated me well and are very competent also. This is my first choice for primary care as well as urgent care.

This place is awesome! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was able to get treated right away. The clinic is nice, clean and professional. I would definately be back and recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Unbelievable! I come in to my appt at 2:30, wait an hour!!! No provider shows up, all the cma can say is she be there soon! Hell No! The marker said I was the first person, they skipped to the 2nd and 3rd.DO NOT GO THERE!!

Super friendly staff. This is going to be my go to spot since its so close to my house in Happy Valley. I went here for as allergic reaction earlier this week. It was super quick and didnt have to wait too long.

unhelpful. The doctor rushed my assessment and misdiagnosed my health issue. I then had to cal more then 5 times throughout the next week to even speak with the doctor again. Very unfreidly staff.

These guys are completely awesome. Two times now my doc hasnt been able to get me in when needed. They have taken excellent care of me very quickly. Its nice to know I have a reliable backup!
