On previous occasions, I received good basic care from this location, including immunizations and a checkup. Today I had an 8:00am appointment. Like most people, to get to the doctors office I have to go out of my way and plan to make it to work a bit late. Unfortunately, today was uncharacteristically cold. I had to spend an extra 20 minutes getting my car door open since it was frozen shut as well as defrost the car. This made me about 12 minutes late for my appointment, and by that time they had already given the spot away! They insisted there was nothing they could do and tried to get me to come back in the afternoon, which is impossible as I have a job that I need to work around. They never even tried to call me to check whether I was on the way. Luckily I didnt have an urgent problem, but what if I had! Urgent care didnt open for another two hours. Although it was my fault for being late, it was an honest mistake. I didnt appreciate how the situation was handled at all. If youre going to have a super strict lateness policy, its best to warn patients that they will be turned away if they arent right on time. Ill be trying to find a different office as soon as possible

The worst customer service in the world. I set up a doctors appointment a week in advance and come to find out once I arrive to my appointment they tell me there is an issue and I cannot be seen! Horrible! This place is the definition of how horrible health care in America has gotten. It makes you think twice about all that tuition money they are charging students and where its going! In the the pockets of the wrong people. SAVE YOURSELF SOME HASSLE AND GO SEE OVERLAKE MEDICAL CENTER FOR WHAT REAL MEDICAL CARE IS ALL ABOUT

The phone number in Google Maps directs you to UWs contact center, the contact center wont take appointments for this clinic, so after holding for 30 minutes with the contact center and talking with someone who cant help you...they direct you to the clinic to make an appointment. This is an example of everything that is wrong with this world. simple solution? Put the direct line to the clinic in the Google Maps account...I wasted an hour today playing this stupid game, can you tell Im a bit upset ?

From the woman who checked me in, to the nurse, lab tech and doctor, everyone was so efficient and kind. Even though I was suffering extreme pain from kidney stones, they even got me to laugh. The doctor was so clear and informative about her diagnosis and about my treatment plan. Additionally, there was no wait at all on a Sunday at 10:30. I would definitely use this clinic again, and would recommend it to my friends.

Dr Jansen is EXCELLENT. Hes really nice and he listens. Dr Jansen really seems to care and want to find the source of the problem. Ive seen him several times for different injuries and hes always awesome. Hes been very willing to send me out for various tests. The staff is pretty friendly as well and they have some excellent facilities. Its also much easier to get into than their Northgate location.

Sports Medicine clinic is great, Dr. Blahaus knows his stuff which Im so grateful for. 4 stars only for the phone wait time. Front desk crew is top notch even if they dont always have the answers they try very hard to find it.

They were super accommodating. When they knew they probably couldnt treat me their because of lack of diagnostic equipment, they prioritized me so I wouldnt have to wait just to be sent to the ER

Brand new facility. Friendly expert service. Not crowded - at least not yet. Parking is extremely convenient - and free.
