Was going there for years and they were very excellent, very cheap,affordable and nice. But then all of a sudden they got very uppity and was starting to be rude. The other customers were very close minded due to me coming in with a pitbull (The sweetest dog ever, never growled,barked, and even played with the tiniest poodle there!) Starting taking my moms animals there and my moms dog had a eye infection constantly. they starting assuming we were not taking good care of her but we were there every month getting advantage II and eye treatment! All the assistance came to the front desk and started telling me how bad it was getting and I needed to do more. I was embarrassed! Every customer looked at me like i was a bad parent! (Because our animals are my kids) Never the less I started going to another vet (The vets are greats at by-pass just rather not deal with the assistances and other customers) and Since then everything has gotten better. A bit more expensive but one treatment and her eye has improved to the point where it doesnt even get infected anymore.

Dr. Ben Redmon is exceptional. Our Dobie had to have emergency surgery late last night. Our regular vet could not be reached. He met us at the office performed the life threatening surgery. We were there until 2:30 am this morning. Dr Redmon was thorough,caring and was glad to help our baby. He called to let us know how our baby was doing mid-morning. He went over everything. When calling later today, the staff was exceptional to speak with and glad to give me updates. Looks like we have a new vet.

Always have a great experience with the staff and doctors here. They always treat my dog with great care. I have had them call to do follow ups about my dog after we have taken her there just to make sure she is doing good.
