I have never been more disappointed and upset at a business as I am today. I highly recommend that no one give their business to Southside Vets in Shelbyville. After having to take Clover to the emergency room Monday night, after calling all day yesterday and promised to have someone return my call, after telling them my dog is dying, they still did not have the common courtesy to call me back. This is not the first bad experience I have had their but everyone deserves a second chance, never again!

Ive been taking my dog to Dr. Wilhelm since I moved to Shelbyville 4 years ago. I have always appreciated her gentle touch and knowledgeable care with him. Her office staff are friendly and helpful, and they have quickly worked me in when we have had the occasional "Acute" visit. I would most certainly recommend her, as she was recommended to me.

They are amazing!!! Very personable, office is warm and cozy, exam rooms are equipped well, and the 2 vets I have seen are very caring and knowledgeable. Very happy after moving across the country to find a good veterinarian!!! Their prices are very good as well. Was only $8 to express my cats anal glands.

I had an emergency with a wounded dog. Walked right in and was taking straight back. Office personnel and Vet was very kind and down to earth....and knew what they were doing. Will definitely be back! Thnx Southside!!!
