Edited ( see bottom of review) What a wonderful staff! Very clean facility. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Never spent longer than a few minutes waiting. The doctor I saw was very helpful and much more knowledgeable than others Ive had in the past. He was also very nice, not trying to hurry me out there. The staff upfront was very helpful as well making sure I got taken care of as quickly as possible. And the prices were pretty decent for an urgent care visit $125 for the base of the visit and then there are other fees based on what you needed on top of that (thats before insurance) all follow ups that are needed are covered under that. If I ever need to I will be returning. Edit: I have returned 2 times since my original review. My very first doctor was amazing but I received the same doctor twice after the first one. Hes awful. I come to urgent care because I feel like I need urgent medical attention, not because I want to feel patronized. I know my body and I go when something is really wrong. My doctor treated me like I should not have been there. I went home to read my exit paperwork and it says to "see a doctor immediately if" you have the exact same symptoms I came in for. Im furious. They didnt even do a proper evaluation. I will not be returning to this location for advice a homeless man could have given.

I have used this clinic twice in the past four months for urgent care, and I want to make it clear that I have a regular family practitioner in Kent and live in Federal Way. I was seen here because I needed urgent care coukd not wait for an appointment with my Primary Care doctor. The office is brand new and spotless, the check in is quick and efficient, and the office really adheres to the Privacy Act rules and a patients rights to privacy. Instead of telling someone at the front desk why youd like to be seen, you are called back to a private exam room to have your vitals taken and then you are able to describe your medical concerns privately. The doctors are incredibly approachable, courteous, and professional, and the staff - from medical techs to front desk personnel - are highly professional. This is my go-to for urgent care in Federal Way, hands down. Since its a new facility, wait times are incredibly short. (Ive not waited more than fifteen minutes when Ive been there). A facility worth my time and money, and if I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I know.

I went here with abdominal pain. I get kidney stones and knew it was a kidney stone I was trying to pass. I didnt wait for more than 10-15 minutes before I was in an exam room. The RN asked for a urine sample, which I gave. The Doctor came in, asked me what my symptoms were, told me what my urine showed (nothing noteworthy) then told me I needed to go to the ER. Annoyed, I left. I did go to the ER and they gave me some medication and discharged me home. I was annoyed when I started getting bills. Apparently my insurance wouldnt cover the visit. So now I am getting bills for nearly $200. Even though they did nothing, except a quick analysis of my urine, which, again, didnt really show anything, that service cost nearly $200. I have complained to this company and have received no response, just the bill getting sent to me over and over!

Went here Thursday night, just before they closed. The receptionist was really nice and I didnt wait too long to be seen. The nurse who brought me back was nice as well. I saw Dr. Chester Wang and he was nice friendly, none of the staff made me feel like an inconvenience even though it was closing time. I came in for a bad case of anxiety, I knew I was having anxiety attacks. Dr. Wang wanted to do a EKG to be on the safe side due to my symptoms. That surprised me becuase some people with actual heart issues often get dismissed and told they have anxiety. So, it was nice to see he cared and wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. Got the meds I need and its been helping so far. I like this place better than the other urgent care clinic in federal way. Willing to come from Tacoma to come here if needed again.

This is the first time Ive ever had a good experience with a walk in clinic. I came in on a Friday evening around 7:30pm and only waited 10 minutes before I was checked in and met with a doctor. The staff was extremely professional and polite. The office was clean, new and had a very modern and clean atmosphere. The doctor was very caring and helpful. I would recommend going here over over any other Walk In Clinic in Federal Way as long as they accept your insurance.

Theyve been open for less than a year and Ive already been here four times for various little problems. Everyone here is great and the staff are amazing, but Ive yet to have a referral from them that didnt require me to call back and find out whats going on. Absolutely NO follow-through. Treat you and ship you out the door.

I injured my foot moving a railroad tie in my yard. Within 15 minutes of being at the federal way clinic I was checked in and seeing a dr. They x-rayed my foot, got a support and set up after care. Amazing and helpful staff and very quick care. This place is fabulous health care. Thank you!

Got me in quick and out in no time. (there were only two other people waiting) Friendly staff ready and willing to help. I would denifintly come back if I could not get an appointment with my primary care physician. Also if you need to charge mobile devices there are some outlets for use.

The service shown by everyone at this office was just incredible!!! The best experience I have ever had at any doctors office!! They could not have been more nice, friendly, helpful or professional. The doctor was wonderful!! I wish this could be my primary doctor!!!

Very modern clean feel to the place, cant tell a dirty Arbys used to be there. Wait time was close to none, and very polite professional staff. would give it 5 stars but they only treated one of my symptoms and now I have to go back.

In and out today in about half an hour. Doctor was able to take a look and tell me what was wrong after a quick look. Very clean office and professional staff. I was the only person there other than the staff during my visit.
