Im a University of Washington School of Medicine student. My girlfriend just moved to Seattle for me, and went to this physician. I cannot recommend enough against this man. Walk into his office, and every single thing advertised is for cosmetic and herbal enhancement, procedures and therapies without any medical basis, but with large paychecks associated. When my gf was with him, she stated during the visit that he acted so eager about procedures, tests, and diagnostics, that he almost seemed excited at the idea of her potentially having a serious ailment he could actually treat, just to get paid. This visit, was so uncomfortable for her, she felt violated. The feeling and mood she walked out of that office with made me feel disgusted. This is everything UW Medical tries to avoid, and this man relished in it. Following the visit, it took six phone calls and two months to finally get the results from a myriad of tests he performed for a simple annual physical. They were reluctant, rude, and unapproachable in regards getting medical results that they were all to happy to send us the bill for (without running through our health insurance, for some god unknown reason). In addition, he performed osteomanipulation on my girlfriend, yet told her it was part of the physical of the annual exam. This was later billed as a full additional $100. We were also billed as both a new patient annual as well as a recurrent patient. Upon calling the staff, they said this was how billing worked. My insurance company, stated that this was a duplicate billing and was not only an error, but illegal as I had brought it up to their attention. Overall, this physician scares me. He is an immoral and incapable physician that I would never recommend to anyone. This is one of those incompetent men that goes into medicine to get rich, and unfortunately slips through the cracks and actually goes into practice.

This clinic is known for double billing, meaning that theyll bill and collect from the insurance as well as bill and collect from patients, this is documented with the attorney general. When I called to report it all I had to do was say Dr. Keith ly and they knew exactly who I was talking about. BEWARE HE WILL SUGEST PROCEDURES YOU DONT NEED/ WANT JUST TO GET MONEY

Dr. Ly was great. My wife had liposuction and her results were wonderful. Shortly after she started using him for botox on a regular basis. The staff is incredible.

Dr Ly has copious amounts of certifications in several medical specialities. Plus he takes extra time with his patients when needed. Id recommend Dr Ly to anyone.
