DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HEALTH. Ive been a member of One Medical Group for at least 6 years. I used to say they were the best medical provider Ive ever had. Not any more. Most recently, I called to have a prescription refilled. I spoke with Wendy. Then I called and spoke with Melody because it wasnt sent as One promises. Then... I spoke with Corinne, whos job is customer quality assurance who apologized and acknowledged she didnt know why the ball got dropped and my prescriptions werent filled. She said shed personally take care of it. Now, I just spoke with Amanda who said it STILL hadnt been filled and had no reason why. This is three weeks of totally unacceptable behavior for a medical provider. Unfortunately I have no health insurance and must order from Canada... with a couple weeks lead time. One Medicals incompetence is costing me hundreds of dollars and weeks of frustration and broken trust. Dont trust them. They are not the company they used to be. So sad to write this. They really used to be an amazing health care provider.

I love One Medical. I dont want any other medical provider, just this one. I recently transferred my services over to the Berkeley office, since I moved to the East Bay. But because One Medical is so awesome, I can still set up appointments in San Francisco, which is where I work. I would normally go to this San Francisco office. And everyone here has always been so pleasant and have just really made me proud to be a patient for One Medical. If I am not able to schedule an in office appointment, I am still able to talk to a PA over the phone, who can tell me what I need to do or send a prescription to my nearby pharmacy. This is extremely helpful. If I just have the cold or the flu, speaking to a PA over the phone, makes me life so much easier. Sometimes going to a doctors office is a lot of work. Its probably necessary for other times, but knowing that this service is available, for times when I dont necessarily need to be in the office, is great! I really cant see myself going to another provider. I cant. You got me good One Medical. Im in for the long haul.

Worst service I have ever paid for. I was told by friends if you paid $150 a year for this service that you would be able to get same day appointments in the city (SF). I commute to SF so I dont have a regular doctor hear so I thought the service would work for me. I paid the $150. Called to get an appointment. Got one about a 15 minute walk away later in the day. Went to appointment, checked in, gave them my medical card and then sat there for an hour past my appointment time. I got up to ask the receptionist what was up and she said there was a scheduling error and could I come back tomorrow. This is after I got confirmation of my appointment via email and sat there for an hour. How long was she going to let me sit there before they told me there was an issue. I called back and cancelled the service.

A COMPLETE SCAM. Do not waste your money on this "24/7" service. We called at 3:00 to get a prescription for a non life threatening but nevertheless very uncomfortable condition for our son (pinworms). The idiot operator was so inexperienced she actually asked us to send a photo. We were told someone would call back within the hour. At 5:00 we called back and spoke to someone else. At 7:00 we couldnt even get a live voice. Nor at 8:00. Nor at 8:30. As of 9:30 we still havent had our call returned. Of note, I spent $300 for myself and my children to have this concierge medical service. Never again.

What an experience! I enrolled as a member and booked my next day appointment at the first sign of pain. This only took 10 mins and the very next morning, I was taken care of so quickly. I had been a Kaiser member for years, and when my employer changed to a PPO plan and did not offer Kaiser, I was devastated. Little did I know what is out there in the One Medical world! So glad I got over the concept of a membership fee (which is low) and joined! We only get one chance/one body and spending an extra fee on my health (amount of any dinner for 2 in San Francisco) is well worth it!

Want help deciphering your complicated insurance policy? Granted - The One Medical staff is friendly, patient and best of all, they speak insurance lingo. Need to ask your doctor a quick question but dont want to come in for a whole appointment? Granted - doctors email you! Get yourself into One Medical today.

Very worth the extra money to make same day appointments, schedule online, and the convenience of visiting any of the several locations. Although I havent declared a primary doctor, most people do, everyone I have visited has been very professional and helpful. If you work in FiDi look no further for a doctors office. From now on I will only do lunch appointments and never miss work again!

The doctor I met with was energetically cold, condescending, and defensive. When I expressed to my discontentment with our interaction she laughed. She also took the time to ask me if I paid the membership fee. Which is very judge-e and wildly inappropriate. She facilitated the worst doctor visit I have ever had. Unlike the doctor I seen, the front desk staff was lovely!

I was a tourist in San Francisco and had a pink eye (conjunctivities). Doctor G. Lee grom One Medical did a great job, first because he is a great person, also because he was successful on identifying it as an bacterial inflamation. Of course, health in the US is not cheap, but I had a fair price for a very good services.

What an amazing service - same day appointments, the ability to email my doctor, and a relaxing atmosphere where I wait (or rather, dont wait, since appointments start on time) to see my doctor? Yep, its all there. Ive recommended this service to my friends who similarly share my zeal for One Medical Group.

This is the best experience Ive ever had seeing a doctor. The staff is friendly and efficient, and this particular location is extremely convenient for me. You can make your appointments online, and in general, they are really up to date with technology, unlike so many other medical professionals.

Ive had mixed experiences at One Medical and think quality of care and service really depends on who you see. Julie Oskoske is an amazing NP. The model is interesting: Theres a "membership" fee, but the offices are nice, youre usually seen quickly, and you can make same-day appointments.
