This place is great! Even though I live in Seattle, I figured why not give it a try anyway. Lynnwood is definitely not too far if youre looking for good healthcare. You wouldnt know how amazing it is until you step inside. The front desk is super friendly and the ambiance is much more comfortable than other doctors offices! If youre looking for a clinic with doctors that actually have real solutions for you, this is it. I was actually recommended by a friend to see Dr. Orr regarding some stomach problems that Ive had since I was a child. This is somewhat personal but I feel like I definitely have gotten the help I have been looking for and think others should know whats available out there too. While over the counter medications/pills would soothe my stomach, it didnt seem to quite fix the problem completely. And generally, they hadnt been much of an issue, but lately had been flaring up due to stressful events in my life and how I tend to cope with stress. Dr. Orr actually took the time to listen to the whole story. He was the perfect balance of professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative. It was nice to have a treatment plan that would actually help and not have me on pills that just cover up the problem forever. His treatment plan addressed all of my concerns from every angle possible. Its been only 2 weeks now and lets just say, my stomach is the calmest and happiest its been in a long time!

The office is always clean and calm. The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Orr has been great to work with. After years of other GPs and dermatologists telling me "this is your normal", "some people just have chronic respiratory infections", "rashes are not diet related- heres some $200 rx toxic cream to not cure but treat (barely)". I was in my late teens when it all started and by my late twenties I felt like I was middle aged- no energy, weight gain, swollen achey joints, chronic rashes, sick all the time, etc. Dr. Orr addressed my symptoms holistically because they are related to the root causes and he allowed me to take my health and treatment into my own hands. Its been an empowering process. Im no longer depressed but energetic and self confident. Yes, it has been a journey and tests are necessary and are not free but it has been soooo worth it. I feel and look better than I did at 25. I can work full time again and not end up hospitalized with illness which was impossible at 25 years old. My only regret is waiting so long to ditch my old GP and derm and find a real ND!

Amazing! The ambiance is calm and less intimidating than a typical doctors office which is nice. There seems to be a lot of really great doctors here. I was referred to Dr. Brian Orr in particular. Ive had a chronic skin problem since I was 9 years old on my arms that conventional doctors and several specialists had never really been able to do much for me other than prescription medication (which made me feel like crap), or topical creams (which did nothing) so I finally decided to see a Naturopath and try something new since it has been getting worse lately. Dr. Orr helped it get better in less than a month by working on the bacteria in my gut, of all things! I cant believe I didnt check it out sooner. Bonus - my digestion is amazing now. Its nice to have a doctor that listens and spends more than 15 minutes with you to actually figure out what might be going on. And whats even cooler is I found out through my insurance that I can have a Naturopath as my primary care physician!

I have had nothing but problems with this clinic. Be prepared to be duped into paying exactly what theyd charge insurance if youre not covered. On top of that, they have absolutely zero care or remorse for their patients. The front desk puts on a nice act to begin with but they are devious and calculating, just like the owner. Ive spent hours during my day going back and forth with them - being interrupted, talked over and jerked around. The stress and financial burdens that they have caused are mind-boggling. I tried to get my husband involved and even his head is spinning. Hes a really laid-back and understanding guy but he couldnt believe how rude and manipulative these people are. They arent out to help anyone, theyre out for your money. Its such a sad and disappointing situation. One where you know the doctors are out to make a buck - not help anyone.

The doctors here care about your health. I felt welcome when I first walked in the clinic. Details were explained. I checked my insurance as instructed and everything was covered. The doctors have intuitive thought process and are very thorough detective in discovering my health challenges. I dont agree with the negative review on here. They were very compassionate and clearly spelled out the need for me to check my policy. Nobody has ever advised of this before in some of the larger hospital centers. I do think they provide a high level of care and I continue to keep coming now for 3 years.

Ive been dealing with chronic digestive issues for a long time now and after talking to Dr. Brian Orr a few times, I feel like he understands my complaints in a way that other doctors just scrape the surface at. He really "gets" the digestive system and how it relates to other organs and the body overall. He never rushes through an appointment and he always gives very thoughtful and researched-driven answers to my questions. I really appreciate his thoroughness and the quality of care that he provides. I highly recommend him for anyone ready for a naturopathic approach to healing their gut!!
