I love The Dr. But They are very dishonest and did double charge for 3 years and hided until I brought 3 of receipts $1200(I didnt have health insurance at that time. $400 per visit). Also, getting statements took for couple months. They(specially Doctors husband) got $2400 from my credit card and car insurance, my lawyer through same statements. The guy kept to be angry and postponing to pay back to us. Sometimes, he acted like actor. It has been few months to deal with the guy. Derick was a super nice gentleman before. Dr. Linda Geere was generous&soft. But finally, my family feel betrayed by them. We miss to lost my good primary doctor because he said he will not pay back $1200 to me. I am looking for legal action as fraud.

People, PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE! I didnt even have the opportunity to visit this place one time, but the Business Office guy is very, very rude! I had a death in my family and was dealing with the stress of our loss and forgot about the appointment, as Im sure anyone with a pulse would understand, well, this office didnt given a care. I wasnt even told about policy, cancellation policy nothing!!! They sent me bill for $175.00. when I call to tell them what happen to me and my family, he didnt care. The place is clearly money hungry and they have zero customer service. Stay away!

Dr. Geere is an ok Doctor, but dont expect accurate insurance billing, the guy at the front desk has no idea what hes doing, and I ended up getting stuck with a over sized co-pay compared to what it was supposed to be. If you want a billing headache and then to be billed and harassed later, go with these guys. And Ill just add this, being of British ancestry I can say this, the guy working the front desk could use a little lesson in British courtesy and billing code accuracy.
