First off my prescription was wrong. So I had to wait a year to get another exam Somewhere else. The glasses I got from the incorrect prescription cost me several hundred dollars and because I didnt get them there,as recommended by the staff, I was just out the money. Then my insurance paid them promptly but I have continued to receive bills for the past year. I sent them proof and the billing people never call back. In short I had no useable glasses, was out hundreds of dollars and will probably be sent to collections unless I pay them again. STAY FAR AWAy!!!!

Seem like very nice people. There was quite a lengthy wait. Got to pharmacy and prescription hadnt been written properly. Had to wait quite awhile again until provider called and corrected.

My first time in, I was 7 minutes late. And they wouldnt let me stay for my appointment. Next time I was 20 min early, and they were behind 30 min.
