Dr Sanchez is an amazing surgeon. She always makes me feel safe and comfortable during every office visit and makes sure to take her time to answer all my questions, explaining everything in clear laymans terms so there is no room for doubt or confusion. Whenever I have an emergency she does her very best to fit me into her schedule as soon as possible. I have been to many ENTs since the age of 5 when I first suffered hearing loss. After coming to visit with Dr Sanchez in the summer of 2013 to inquire about a hearing aid, I learnt of the ECHO device that would forever change my life. It took me almost a year to make the decision for surgery as it was a huge undertaking but Dr Gabriella Sanchez, Dr Kristina Huckabeye, and their team were very understanding and patient with me during my decision process and after wards during the recovery and post op period. I had my abutment implant Feb 2014 for an ECHO device and Dr Sanchez was a pleasure to have as my surgeon for the entire recovery and post op process. I would highly recommend Dr Sanchez and her staff.

I have been to many ENTs throuout my life while dealing with chronic ear problems. Dr. Sanchez is the first to explain things to me that even my last ENT, who performed a $60,000 operation did not explain. Dr. Sanchez is also the only Dr. who insisted on seeing me weekly to assure her prescriptions for dealing with my problem ear were actually working. In the past I just waited until there was another flare up and got another appointment. This is the only ENT I know who wants to solve the problem instead of treating the ongoing problem! I think she is medically knowledgable, but I do not like how unprofessional she was during my visit. I was there for an ENT appointment, and not her inappropriate thoughts and opinions of what she thinks about my profession.
