When I began going to Integrated Health Center my back, shoulders and hip were in terrible shape. I was in constant pain and felt like I had a knife in my shoulder blade all the time. Sometimes I could hardly walk because of the problems I was having with my hip and lower back. Im so thankful that I found the Integrated Health Center! After going there for care and doing the exercise program they gave me to do, I could tell a big difference in a short time! I am so grateful that now I am almost always pain free and can walk without issues! Compared to what I was like before, it has been a night and day difference! The doctors at Integrated Health Center are very knowledgable and genuinely care about helping people to heal and live pain free, healthier lives. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend the Integrated Health Center for anyone with chiropractic or rehab needs! They keep me standing!!!

I have suffered from chronic neck and back pain for many years. One of the best things that has helped me function, is my regular Chiropractic adjustments. Dr.Zimpfer also offers the Trigger Point Dry Needle technique. I dont really like needles but Im so glad I tried it. Im amazed how it relieves tight muscle pain! He has taught me many specific exercise/stretches that has helped with my pain and posture. I have a better quality of life. Thank you Dr. Dustin Zimpfer for all you do.
