I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and the office was very quick to get me in and could see me the same day, which was great given that I was in terrible discomfort. At the time that I scheduled I asked for an estimate on what my out of pocket expense would be for the appointment and I was told that they would look into my insurance upon arrival. I arrived at the office and the staff was very friendly and took me right back. The insurance coordinator was out of the office at the time that I left so the front desk woman said that she would call me later that day in regards to my insurance. She called me within an hour and told me what my out of pocket would be for the appointment that day. To my surprise it was much less than I anticipated. I asked about my cost would be going forward with the adjustment appointments and I was told that I had met my insurance deductible, which I questioned and told the office that I was pretty sure that I had not met my deductible due to the fact that I never use my insurance. I was assured on multiple visits that I would not owe anything and that I could even get massages covered by my insurance. I went to several appointments and had several massages to only months later be hit with a huge bill!! When I called about my bill I was given the run around and no one would take accountability for the information that they had given me previously in regards to my insurance. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was in pain and my bill was run up. Be cautious of your insurance if going to this office as they do not know how to get accurate insurance quotes or information!

On my first (and only) visit, I waited in the room for the doctor for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was inside. I had to go back out and ask the front desk person if anyone was coming. Apparently no one told the doctor I was there and had just forgotten about me sitting in the room. Once he finally came I had an "adjustment" which was the worst in my life. First, it was done sitting up, which Ive never heard of in my ~10 years of going to a chiropractor. I was very uncomfortable. Also, it didnt work, which I told him. He then tried to adjust me laying down and that did not work either. I ended up calling my old chiropractor the next morning and getting in same day. He was able to adjust my neck just fine. The only reason I went elsewhere was because my insurance switched, but I absolutely wont come back here.

I called Healthfirst to schedule an appointment for some neck pain I was experiencing which occurred during weight lifting. The customer service over the telephone expressed real concern for my pain and I was scheduled to meet with Dr. Schone within 24 hours of my call. They emailed their new patient enrollment documents to me to complete prior to my appointment. Dr. Schone consulted with me to determine the problem and was very thorough explaining what I could expect during my visit. I was promptly moved through their examination procedures and again, Dr. Schone very thoroughly explained my problems and options to remedy. I left feeling that I had made the right decision and I was on the right road for a successful recovery with Healthfirst Chiropractic.

My family has been going to seen Dr Schone and his team for almost 4 years. The staff is all very friendly and make you feel like you are apart of their family. I just started taking my 9yr old daughter due to a Crazy bounce house injury. Not only is she feeling better she but she feel very comfortable with the whole process. She was a bit nervous at first but the staff really helped her feel at ease with everything. For that, I am so thankful that we have such a great practice so close to home. Martha is amazing!! I had a wonderful experience! Dr.Schone took a lot of personal time with me to explain and help me understand what was causing my lower back trouble, and how he was able to make a plan to help me.
