WORST CLINIC IVE EVER BEEN TO. Went because of a bartholins cyst.m (common glandular cyst near opening of the womans reproductive area-extremely painful) was given an antibiotic-no diflucan(to prevent yeast infection from antibiotic). went back for diflucan. Was given another antibiotic and antibiotic injection & was told I would get 2 diflucan and 2 refills. At the pharmacy I was only given the 2nd bottle of antibiotics. So I went home & called the office. The girl that works the desk (her name was also Ashley) answered the phone and told me in a condescending tone that i was mistaken. That the bottle of antibiotics I had, WAS the diflucan......NOT. (I think someone didnt do her job and send out the prescription in the first place- whether it was her, the physician, or the desk nurse) Whatever....I let it go. Called back today..spoke with Ashley again at 11:00 am, was told they would get right back to me. never did. Called back around 2:30....same girl...told the same thing. much more rude this time. No call back yet again at 4:30 so I called again same girl yet AGAIN. I tried to be polite and let her know the situation and that it was necessary for me to get the diflucan immediately as I have not only a bartholin cyst, but I am also using tampons, and have a yeast infection from the antibiotic overload, it is traumatic for my body for all three things occurring in the same area of my body. and that if i was going to be back to work I needed this prescription today. So i was transferred to some guy who answered the phone as John (no formal position or title provided when i asked) was very rude. told him i was transferred and the issue at hand...before he rudely stated that he didnt even know who i was..(because he never asked for my name or info.) After a few moments was rudely questioned as to whether i had checked with the pharmacy again or not. I had not because I was told that I would get a call back to let me know if it could be resent and sent to the pharmacy closest to me as im in a lot of pain and driving isnt fun. So I called the original walgreens back. THE PRESCRIPTION WAS THERE. It was sent out after my first call this morning around 1:30. No one bothered to check and see if it was resent the 2 times I called. No one called me. Nothing. Very rude nurses. Very arrogant physicians. And now I have to drive 20 mins to go get a prescription that i requested be sent to the cvs .03 miles from here.

Horrible the Ashley girl walked in asked me if I was hard to stick (because I needed blood drawn) I said sometimes and automatically goes well Im not even going to try then Im not really that good at it do you care to go to the hospital? I myself am a nurse I felt my arm and told her there is one right here. She goes no can you please just go to the hospital. Well I havent been able to make it and she just called to check if I was going to get the blood drawn or not I said is there anyone who can stick today so I can just come there? Her immediate response was "look I know how to draw blood you just didnt have a vein" like no Ashley dear you didnt even feel my arm you didnt even try. A manager will definitely be getting a call tomorrow and I will never be back Im really embarrassed its for a facility that Im employed by the same company.

While on vacation, I developed a bad chest cold that progressed to an ear infection. With my doctor out of town, I walked in without appointment saw a nice doctor within 5 minutes and was quickly diagnosed. The doctor called in a prescription and within an hour I was being treated. The staff were all caring and helpful. Other than my copayment, I dont know the cost yet. PS to the owners: Keep your costs low! Now that us consumers are paying more for health care ourselves, we WILL approach these cost just like we do everything else. I already "shop" for lab testing values at my personal physicians office.

My daughter visited urgent care due to being unable to keep food down and had experience dramatic weight loss due to her symptoms, she was informed it was most likely her clothes. They did not bother to investigate further and were very uncaring. This was a total waste of time and money due to the fact she is still sick and we will be seeing another doctor. This facility may be convenient but there is a total lack of care, so they need to remove the word "care" from their logo.

I called first because I am visiting from out of state, to find out if they were a preferred provider - the online directory for my service was down and the 800 number did not open on the west coast for several more hours. The woman who answered the phone said she had no idea and I just needed to call the 800 number, with no further offer of assistance, to ask someone else or try to help. Would never recommend.

I give Dr. Vines 5 stars, he provided excellent care, however, when I checked out I was overcharged for the office visit by $92.58 and I have been trying for three (3) months to receive my valid overpayment, visiting the Stone Dr facility and calls to their billing company, but I have only been met with stonewalling and excuses, the latest is they cant find my account, convenient.

They were fast and efficient. Keep in mind it is not a primary care practice, so they will get you in and out for whatever your immediate problem may be but will not coddle you or spend much time with you. I saw a female doctor there who got the job done. I had strep throat, and I was happy with my treatment. I have recommended this place to many other family members.

My experience was darn good! At first I thought that tiny little red-headed girl was a nurse, but it turns out she was the real doctor! She sure did a good job sucking the crap out of my poor mothers ear. She couldnt hear a thing for a week before that... Now her hearing is back to being selective, like before. Two thumbs up!

My children n I have all been going to First Assist for a long time now. They are very fast compared to any where else like it. The Doctors, nurses, and office people have always been so helpful n very nice. I wish they could be our primary care giver n I hope others have the same care we have had.

Dr Brown always takes time to answer all our questions and provides us with excellent medical care. On more than one occasion she has helped us resolve illnesses that had grown worse due to receiving the wrong treatment from other medical professionals. She is my favorite dr by far!

My 4 month old was sick. Got turned away at 2 urgent care places bc he wasnt 6 months old. Waited about 5 minutes for a room and about 5 to see nurse practitioner. VERY nice and looked over my son really well. Very thankful for them! Did I mention it was Labor Day? Awesome folks!
