Will never go here again. Spent money for a dermatologist to look at my face then tell me what shes going to prescribe me. Visit was literally 5 mins and I got no information I needed for acne and scars which was my main concern the only thing I got prescribed was gel for my acne when I stated I breakout once a month really bad but my biggest concern is the scarring but I guess that went out the other ear. When I called back to get more information like what can treat my scars? I was told come back for another visit. Theyre all for money and not actually caring about their patients concerns. I would go elsewhere and save the headache of paying for someone to give you anything. I gained no know whats so ever as far as what to prevent acne, how to wash my face properly or how to apply the medicine that she prescribed me. The whole visit was rushed and I will never come back here again!

Both I and my wife have visited Beth at Bay in Spring Hill in the last month. First I got cured of a nasty rash which turned out to be a FL fungus and I was using the wrong treatment making it worse. Totally healed in 3 weeks using Rx gel. Today I took my wife in for elusive bug bites that were leaving her with black spots lasting for months. Resolved that issue too. My wife got the full body once over and they removed a suspect mole for biopsy that wasnt even originally planned. Was totally painless according to wife. Short wait of 15-20 minutes in lobby and we were out the door no more than 30 minutes after that with proper written instructions. Have no reason to go anywhere else. We are in our 70s and they accept Medicare for payment. They are very nice. I like medical folks with a sense of humor too.

STAY AWAY, they will charge you double, once for the procedure and again for the follow up. We took in our daughter to remove a wart, we paid our co-pay of $75 and they charged BSBS $365. They didnt provide any after treatment care information EITHER. They advised us to come back in 2-3 week to check on it. We did and we were charged again for an office visit that took literally 5 mins and all the Dr did was look at it and said LOOKS GOOD. Also each time we were there they were 45 minutes late from the time of our appointment. Very unsatified and we will also dispute the second charge with BCBS. Thomas/Spring Hill, FL

I have been going to Bay Dermatology for 21 years ..with the exception of a two year period when my "then" HMO closed up. As soon as I got a better HMO I went back to Bay Dermatology..this time with Dr. Esguerra. My first couple of years I saw Dr. Dorton. I like both these doctors, their assistants and front office staff. Wonderful warm/friendly people. Rarely have any "wait time"....perhaps due to my morning appointments.

Usually had SUPER experiences with Beth but this last time she was in a hurry and so was her assistant. I always feel uncomfortable when I know the doctor and/or their assistant are in a hurry and apparently behind so MY visit suffers because of it. Just going to guess (and hope) this was just a one-time occasion. But for now, we LOVE Bay Dermatology!

My husband and I have been going to Bay Dermatology for several years. We have had the good fortune of seeing Dr. Dorton each time. He is so very thorough, is a professional. His staff is also excellent. Their process is accommodating from check in to the "in the room" support....if seeing a doctor can be "labeled "pleasant" this certainly is!

The PA that I saw was very good, but having to wait over one hour to see her when your number two patient in the morning. That is why I am no longer going there. When I was seeing the doctor the wait was terrible that is why I switched to the PA, I guess the doctors set the example for the PA. My wife and I no longer go there.

The biopsy was done several months ago. It was done quickly and efficiently with no pain at all. All my questions were answered, some even before I asked. The biopsy site is now totally healed and gone. I can highly recommend Bay Dermatology to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

The office is very well organized. The staff is very courteous and waiting time is minimal. Visits with the doctors and staff are likewise efficient....and then...you are out of there. Might be the best medical facility I have ever visited.

The wait in the waiting room is aweful!! This is the second time Ive waited for over an hour for my appt. If Im suppose to be on time for my appt, the doc should have to be on time also!! Extremely frustrating!!
