I have never been to the Dr. before and these guys are unwilling to check this painful mole that I have on my back, because I dont have a referral... What kind of company doesnt accept new clients... Do not go here the reception lady was unwilling to work with me considering i do not have a previous Dr. Pick a different dermatologist, They will be a lot more helpful than these guys were. If im willing to throw my money at them, to run tests and possibly remove these. Than any reasonable establishment would have been like (YES we would love to help you) but no she said do you have a dr referral? We only help people that have a referral. If your a company that wants to grow, you will take my money and fix my issues........ not throw me off to someone else

I cannot speak highly enough on behalf of Dr. Zivony and his entire staff! Selecting him as my doctor was by far the best decision I could have made regarding a MOHS surgery. He is a doctor who cares about his patients and will follow through until the very end. My MOHS surgery was about 10 months ago, and Dr. Zivony is just as involved as he was on day one. Nurses return phone calls with questions in a timely manner, and they consult with the doctor. With this kind of communication, I am put at ease as a patient. With a doctor so amazing, and a staff that follows wonderfully in his footsteps, this doctors office is amazing!

Had an appointment today and upon my on-time arrival, both women behind the glass would not even make eye contact with me to check-in. The waiting room was empty. After twenty five minutes I asked how much longer and was told my paperwork was picked up, and it would be soon. Later, I went up again to find out there was no paper work. A big waste of my time, which this place doesnt seem to care about. Unfortunately, this was not the first issue with the front desk. Ill be looking for a new dermatologist ...

I wasnt examined throughly during my appointment. The problem area on my skin was not even looked at by the PA. He only looked at what I showed him, and did not examine further. The next morning I found more issues in the same area. If he would have taken the time to just examine 2 inches away from what I showed him, he would have found an infection the size of a nickel. Waste of time and money.

They perform an annual check for me and have for years! Have always been pleased by their professionalism. Wait times are minimal and exams are very thorough. PA sees issue and asks about issues that I forgot to mention. The one annual exam that I do not dread!
