This location price gouges. I went in on 12/6/2016 to purchase eye glasses and they came up with all kinds of erroneous fees, just so they could simply make a profit. They told my Husband and I that our costs for progressive, transition and anti glare lens would be $250 out of pocket. Then they said the basic lens with single vision, and anti-glare would be $150 out of pocket. My co-pays are no where near their final figures. I am writing their corporate office, filing a complaint with the BBB and also sending a complaint to Guardian/Davis Vision plan. Make sure that you check your co-pays before you walk into any of these vision centers!!

Really dont understand the bad reviews, I LOVE this place - Ive been going here for a year and a half and Ive had really bad experiences at other Visionworks locations before but Ive NEVER had an issue with this office or this staff. Staff and doctors are warm, friendly, professional, and so helpful - I think maybe the issue is walking in, or tbh, your own attitude when you go inside. Ive always met them with kindness and they always go the extra mile to help me with anything I need - Ill be sad if I have to move and have to change locations, theyre the best!

I was able to get an appointment last minute for contacts on a Friday evening. The front desk was empty when I walked in. When the woman returned she did not bother to see why I was waiting which prompted me to walk back to the desk and let her know I had an appointment. The store was ok. I filled out documents online before my appointment, however I still had to fill them out in the store which is why I give them 2 out of 5. The doctor was very friendly and thorough. She was also patient because I had my son and he can be a handful. I left the office please.

I recommend this place for two reasons: Jeannette (one of the sales persons) and Dr. Westbrook. If they leave, Im done. They are professional, reliable, and consistent. Dr. Westbrook is thorough and knowledgeable as any ophthalmologist. I trust her implicitly. Janette is welcoming, and a real sweetheart! I appreciate her professionalism and the great conversations. Ive been a customer for about 6 years now and Im still statisfied with the service.

I love this place, for many reasons... They greet you as soon as you get on the door and help you with anything else you need. I was able to pick out the glasses and the stuff told me abt this discount they have going on. My lenses were in store too and it got switch out for me within an hour for me to pick up. I really dont understand the bad reviews cz the have great employees and all around service.

Customer svc at front desk was only OK initially but improved after I got to see the doctor maybe because they were distracted by other work. Dr. Westbrook was great, friendly and thorough exam. I would definitely return. Costs were appropriate and reasonable. They seem to always have some special going on, so check for coupons/specials before you go.

I called and I was told that they close at 9pm and I could come and pick my glasses up, I get there and tell me "oops! We gave you the wrong information, we are closed and you cant pick anything up." I mentioned that I just called and I did not even get so much as an apology. Bad bad customer service. On Monday 12/28/15 after 8pm.

We were aknowledged but were told that we would have to wait to schedule an appointment? She then said it would be a few minutes to schedule? After 10 minutes we decided lets drive to Annapolis hopefully we will have better service a half hour away

Very rude and irresponsible customer service! Worst place that I have ever been! The manager is the most stupid person that you can find on the earth. Stay away from this nasty place. There are many eye doctors where you can get your eye exam!

Shoddy workmanship! I was sold a pair of lenses that not even 2 months later began to form bubbles and spots. Their best solution was to take the protection plan at my cost, for their manufacturing defect.
