Take my word, if you dont mind waiting for almost 2 months or more on glasses that youve paid for in advance, then this is your place!!!! If you dont mind knowing that there is only ONE person on staff that can even answer questions about your glasses, make adjustments or even CANCEL your order because youve been waiting for almost 2 months- then this is your place!!!! If youre okay with being lied to by the staff concerning personnel being out of the office when they are really there, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! I had to call the Largo location to try and have my matter resolved/make my complaint, however the reviews of that location has me wondering if that will truly happen!!!! Smh totally through with this business chain operation!!!!

I did not like my experience at all with VisualEyes. The salesperson asked me if I would like tint on the two pair of eyeglasses that I was buying for my son, I clearly told her yes, when the glasses arrived, no tint on either pair. Visual Eyes would like me to pay $60.00 to tint each pair and wait another week to get them back. How did the salesperson miss that? They were accommodating by saying "Im sorry". Please stop wasting your customers time and try accommodating your customers when you purposely make huge mistakes.

This place will over charge for a pair of glasses also long waits will not be back . Make sure to check other places for price of glasses or go online I definitely wont be back at this place.
