I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I arrived within the grace period of my appointment with my two young children and I did not get out of there until approximately two hours later. The assistant dilated my eyes and told me 10-15 mins. and she would check on me and she did not. I had to reach out and Dr. Boevelle told me it takes about 40-50mins. and I said I did not have that kind of time after sitting here for about 1.5hrs. already. Plus, the last straw was the condescending attitude when I had questions and it felt like we were a bother to her. Overall, It was not a family friendly environment. The efficiency and consideration of my time especially with two young children made it my last time and I would definitely not recommend this place or Dr. Bovelle to anyone.

I got to the office 35 min before the appointment ( 9:55am for a 10:30am appt). I assumed I would complete the paperwork and be ready for the appointment. It is now 11:35am and I have yet to be seen by the Dr. Not only, have I missed a good portion of work. My daughter, who is waiting with me, will probably get to school in the afternoon or not at all. This is the first time at this facility and may be my last. I am disappointed with the efficiency and customer service. Especially, since I provide initial patient information to make the process easier. If I knew how long this would take, I would have never made an appointment. In conclusion, I would not recommend this service due to the poor time management/customer service.

Love this group of professionals. Great staff, clean facilities and very nice and polite service. So good, it sometimes gets too crowded in waiting room because of the high demand for great patients service! Keep up the good work guys!
