Wow! I cannot fully express the positive experiences that I have encountered with the Eye Care Center of Chesapeake in the many years Ive been with them. Dr. Miller is the best!!! I appreciate the time he takes to ask ME questions about my eye health as well as questions about me as a person. It makes for a great patient / physician relationship. I truly believe he cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain his findings as well as educate me by providing illustrations of what has changed with my vision. The office staff is amazing and helpful!! I am so pleased that my husband and 14 year old daughter are now patients. Finding the right frames is such an important decision and the staff, Princess and Matt are wonderful!!! My daughter really loves Princess and said, "she knows my style in glasses". Apparently, I didnt, lol. Special Thanks to Princess for being so gracious and patient when I had a change of mind with my frames and came back in the next day. Such a position experience. To the person reading this and trying to make a decision , trust me you wont be disappointed.

Very disappointed with this place. I scheduled an appoint online which was probably my 1st mistake...I should have called and made the appointment. They sent a reply email right away confirming the appointment. Unfortunately I wrote the date of the appointment down wrong and went to the appointment on the wrong day. They had never contacted me as some business will do to remind me of the appointment (had they done that I would had realized that I wrote down the wrong day). They claimed they sent a text message to remind me of the appointment...well thats where they went wrong...I never gave them my cell number...they sent a text to my home. I just dont understand why they wouldnt pick up the phone and call...jeez

Did not have scheduled appointment and after originally being turned away, the friendly receptionist cheerfully handed me paperwork and decided to fit me in. The experience just got better. I didnt have to wait long. I noticed the staff worked well together and the office was clean and professional. Extremely impressed with Dr. J. Andrew Miller; his professionalism, knowledge and the additional education he provided me. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and the Eye Care Center of Chesapeake. I have found a trusting group for my vision needs and strongly suggest others check it out as well. Extremely positive experience at every level.! Keep up the great work!!!!

My whole family goes to Eye Care Center of Chesapeake. We always have appointments that run on time and thorough exams. My prescriptions have been spot on and the staff is great about applying discounts and helping prep available rebates for contacts. The opticians have a good eye for styles that fit and frame the face well, and they are very patient with the decision making process. The staff and Dr. Miller are also very accommodating to my autistic son, who has limited communication abilities and sensory issues. We have been going here for years and highly recommend Eye Care Center of Chesapeake to family and friends.

I needed to have my eye exam done while I was in Virginia. Dr Miller I found when I looked up eye doctors in the area. After reading the reviews I made an appointment. The front desk staff was very friendly from check in to my check out, then I met Dr Miller. He was AWESOME. Since I had lasik procedure done for glaucoma, he explained in detail with pictures/video the changes, what to expect & what issues to be concerned about. My contacts fit perfectly & I could "see again" It was an overall great experience, Ill definitely go back when Im in Virginia & its time for my next exam.

Dr Miller was awesome. The staff was friendly. The ladies that check you in and out are friendly. Ive been having problems with my eye ever since the doc took the cataract off my right eye] . I have a lens in my right eye now. So Dr. Miller looked at pictures and explain what was going on in my eye. He recommended Hampton Roads Retina Center. Dr. Miller was a joy to visit. I enjoyed talking to him, even though I have my same eye problem again. He explain it in details about my eye and what had to be done with it. Im glad I picked him while looking for eye doctored.

I have been going to Eye Care Center for almost 20 years and my mom has been going even longer. Dr. Miller is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and supportive when it comes to taking care of his patients and making sure they fully understand what is going on during their examination as well as the results of the examination. The desk staff is welcoming and efficient as well. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes from the time I walk in to the time I am beginning the process of my examination with staff. Thank you for everything you do for me!

Very warm and knowledgeable staff, they greeted me by name as I came in and the Doctor was gregarious and made sure I understood everything that was going on and what my options were. The follow up getting my glasses took a bit longer than normal because they were looking out for me and sent back my glasses twice to the manufacturer because they did not meet their standards. Ill take a slight delay from those who obviously care about their work, they have earned my continuing business.

I have 3 children who go there, the staff is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! They are so kind and work with you as far as payments with getting glasses. The lady at the front desk even helped my son with his homework while I was with my youngest daughter getting her glasses. The doctor is amazing, explains everything in detail so you understand whats going on with the eyes. I wouldnt choose anywhere else to take my children!

I have complete confidence in the care my family and I receive from Dr. Miller and his staff. The office is well managed, is professional yet welcoming. The staff are personable and attentive, Dr. Miller is very easy to talk with and seems very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest eye care. The facility is very clean and bright. Dr. Miller and all the staff at Eye Care Center have always been professional and efficient. Dr. Miller takes the time to address concerns and takes the time to explain answers to eye care questions. Even though its an added cost, I especially like the 3D imaging device for eye care. I feel the team takes pride in offering eye care services.

Vert nice staff. Thorough Dr and assistants explained procedures very well. Its a small place which I love! I didnt feel herded at all. They arent so huge they dont know their clientele like most! I HATE that .
