Really disappointed in the way this staff handled me as a customer. The eye doctor refused to attempt to pronounce my name and she hesitated to ask me how to pronounce it. This was on my FIRST visit. Then, I get a call letting me know that my glasses are available and the person who I spoke with did the same thing. Its not that hard to ask me how to say my name, then say it. Im really tired of culturally incompetent health care providers. I will not be using this service again. The only person who was decent enough was the store manager, Steve. He was attentive and treated me decently. Thats the only reason Im even giving this place 1 star. But overall, customer service is piss poor.

We brought our eye-care business here because we wanted something local that took my insurance. And I am glad I did. Everyone here is very nice, and always helps us right away when we come in. They saw my two kids and myself, and each experience went very smoothly. Because they arent one of the big chains, the staff isnt overwhelmed and can spend time helping each customer pick out a pair of glasses. The doctor we saw took the time to explain everything to us, and helped my kids pinpoint their eye issues. Peepers has made a customer for life, great place!

I wish they would have had someone there who knew how to use a computer. They had 4 different people trying to enter my insurance - then told me they didnt accept mine. I called my insurance and was told they do - they must have entered my info incorrectly several times, and never called my insurance for help - they just sent me away. Poor customer service, I wont be going back.

frustration and pain -- I updated my prescription and they got it wrong in both eyes. I have had to make many trips to here and I am not done yet. The glass cutter broke and it is taking weeks to fix it. I am wearing the wrong prescription.
