Very unorganized! I have been going to Wheatlyn Eye Care since I was in 2nd grade and this current experience with them has me choosing a different Eye Care Center. -Scheduled my sons appt. Show up and hes not even scheduled. Another doc was able to see him thank goodness. -Go to pick up his glasses. We sit in the waiting room and wait for approximately 20 minutes while the dispensing optician makes small talk with a patient sitting at the dispensing area. Meanwhile, another patient came in to pick up their glasses. Dispensing optician asks him to come over to the desk. I just look at the optician. She asks if we are being helped. Um, no we are not! Optician said she was not notified that my son has a pick up. -At time of dispensing, staff cant find my sons glasses. Took approximately 15 minutes to locate them since they werent placed in the appropriate place. -5 days after my son was dispensed his glasses, my husband receives a call stating our sons glasses were ready for pick up. I call Wheatlyn to make sure we didnt receive a call for someone elses glasses to be picked up. I was told my son was never marked as "Already dispensed." Had I not called, we would have continued to receive the automated call for pick up. Extremely dissatisfied with my whole experience from beginning to end!
