WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I have been told not to go to this particular location by many people, but I did it anyway thinking it wouldnt be that bad. Huge mistake! My sons glasses shouldve been ready Saturday evening. I informed the gentleman assisting me that Instead of coming back Saturday evening I would pick the glasses up on Sunday. He assured me they would be ready Saturday without any hesitation, and picking them up the next day or any day after would not be a problem. I returned the next day in the afternoon. I was acknowledged when I walked in, but stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before someone approached me to ask what I needed help with. The staff member that did assist me was extremely unprofessional to say the least. Before assisting me she was loudly complaining about work related issues in the middle of the store. She had no concern for the customers or coworkers around. When she finally went to the back to retrieve the glasses she returned and walked to another staff member and began giggling about how my glasses werent ready but that she didnt want to be the one to tell me. I assume for some reason she thought I couldnt hear her 4 feet away from me. The rude staff members coworker then politely explained that my glasses were not ready and blamed it on the tech. She said I could pick them up in the morning and I left. I didnt receive a phone call that the glasses werent ready at the appointed time. I wasted 20 minutes of my time and walked out empty handed. The customer service was horrible! I wouldnt recommend Visionworks to anyone.

Do not trust the people at the front desk to do their job properly. My wife just went to this location today 8/3/2015 with proper eye insurance and asked them to fill out the reimbursement form and they told her no, that they would just give her the discount that she would have gotten anyway without all the hassle. This is a new insurance plan for us so we didnt completely know what to do. But, this is completely wrong and now we have to go back and get them to fill out the form so we can get our proper $200 contacts reimbursement as well as the reimbursement for the doctors visit. Additionally, the woman at the front also repeatedly screwed up the address that the contacts are to be mailed to. Id recommend somewhere else unless these people are quick to correct their mistakes. Ill update my review if they are.

I must admit, the previous reviews made me a bit skeptical to try out this location. However, my experience was wonderful. From those who checked me in, to who completed my eye exams and pictures, to the doctor and the accountant, everyone was wonderful! I thrive on excellent customer service and having knowledge of your chosen field. Friendly. Warm. Knowledge, application and explanations. Fun. Nice prices. I received price breakdowns of several options and I chose the best price that was for me. This crew is a ten in my book. Give them a try! :)

I love my experience there they were helpful and caring the eye doctor was nice and my glasses and my contacts got there the date they told me They gave me a call they gave me a call and sent me an email letting me know my glasses were ready. A Little bit pricey

staff was very kind, however the doctor was extremely unpleasant and rude. He gave me a huge attitude over a question that HIS staff member made over what to charge me, a question that I didnt even have. Avoid this place at all costs!

Please whatever you do not go here!!.. The doctors rush through your appointments. The staff members are not helpful and very rude. The price of eye exams and eyewear are not cheap so Ill take my business and money elsewhere.
