Actually I went to this office because of the good reviews. They look professional. But I got many issues with my crowns. Two of came from the lab mistakenly. The other one the color is not matching with the others. And unfortunately still I have not got grinding on my left side right Honestly Dr. Tran did a better job than my previous dentist but the problem is they are on a rush!!!! That makes your mouth a lab for them and their assistants. They should know if someone goes to private office, expect the best they can do not the fastest one. If there is no difference between a private office and a training school, whats the point to go to private office and pay too much money. Down the road you will lose your patients as I see on the reviews. They are getting very bad reviews now comparing to the past. Hope this review help office and patients.

I felt instantly welcomed from the moment I walked in. The facility itself is beautiful. Clean, well-organized, cute bathrooms (lol). Everyone was so friendly and very informative: from the person who signed me in, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist, & finally to the person handling payment. The dental hygienist (I believe I had Melissa) was amazing! She was so sweet, explained everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and cleaned my teeth extremely well. Dr. Tran was also wonderful! I was referred here by a coworker & was asked about how she was doing by multiple people throughout my visit. It just goes to show that everyone here cares about their patients & makes the effort to make it known. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone!

I first met Dr. Tran when she was working at Ballston in 2004. I was impressed enough to seek her out again this year and go out to Fair Lakes for dental work. I am even more impressed having met the staff she has assembled, their quality of work, attention to detail and obvious concern about their patients. I have already recommended to several people to change their dentists office! They were straightforward about the costs and what they were going to do. Altogether a pleasant environment and no-stress visit from entry, through paperwork, beyond the procedure and even past the exit when they follow up and dont sent any surprise bills that seem to bubble up from other doctors who "pre-qualify" your work.

Ive been going to Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry since January after 32 years at a practice in McLean b/c Dr. Tran is a PPO dentist and b/c my husband has been her patient since we married in 2009. I have to say she is great, the care Ive received is top notch. Everyone in the practice is of the highest caliber. Ive had to have specialized care and Dr. Tran has contacted the doctors and taken care of everything for me. Im now on a treatment plan to get my teeth fixed so Ill be in tip-top shape going into retirement and not have to worry. I didnt realize dental care was so advanced until I came here. Im just so grateful to Dr. Tran, Krissy, Gannett and the rest of the staff for their care.

I dont know many people who enjoy going to their dentist, including myself, but this practice changed that! Every time I come in for an appointment, which is easily customized to my schedule, I am greeted in a friendly manner and do not have to wait to be seen. Procedures that one would expect to be painful or uncomfortable are not at Fair Lakes because of the relaxing atmosphere. I like that I get to catch up on the daily news during my procedure by watching TV on the ceiling. Along with the ambiance, the quality of the dental work is excellent - the staff and I were able to find a solution to a unique issue that had not been addressed for years (and many dentistries) before.

Fantastic service and great people. They are always super nice and friendly. They take care of all the insurance work and can easily answer any insurance questions you have as well. Super professional the whole time but also very warm and friendly. The offices are really really nice and they have TVs on the ceiling to watch when you are getting your teeth cleaned! They also dont try to talk to you if you dont want to while you are getting your teeth cleaned with things in your mouth which is awesome! Overall, amazing and have they my highest recommendation. I think I have personally refereed 4 or 5 people there at least.

It has been a really long time since I liked my dentist and felt like I wasnt simply a means to collect more money from an insurance company. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely cares about their patients. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. I find the older I get the more I cringe when in the chair, but they made me feel so at ease I barely noticed anything was happening. They also noticed how much Ive been grinding my teeth at night and finally pinpointed my unexplained neck pain!

She has taken amazing care of me over the past few years and I trust her completely. She really cares about your health and well-being and isnt just trying to make a buck. From front office to chairside, this is a truly exceptional dentistry practice! Dr. Nguyen is a highly skilled, compassionate dentist and the entire team just cannot be beat. Love the front office team, massage rollers in the dental chair, the TV above, and the very relaxing overall environment. Always feels like youre visiting your super smart, classy friends and oh yeah, they also do outstanding dentistry. Sorry Im moving out of state, but Ill be flying back for my six month check up and cleaning. Yeah, theyre that good!

Fearing the dentists? That was SO YESTERDAY!!! Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry made that fear disappear. Theyre attentive, caring, wonderful people. from the second you step foot into the office to the time you leave, EVERY single person you interact with is GREAT!!! I feel home every time I go there. theyre the best, really. I challenge everyone to try them ONCE, if you dont fall in love with the practice, then your cleaning is on me :) (ok not really) Seriously, THE BEST PRACTICE OUT THERE!!! LOVE MY DENTIST.

I do not usually provide online reviews; however, after being a customer of Fair Lakes Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for almost 5 years, I felt it was long overdue. My fiancee (now wife) had highly recommended me to see the team here years ago. She herself has been a customer for nearly 10 years. We both greatly appreciate the service we receive each time we visit. Dr. Tran, Dr. Nguyen and all the staff are pleasant to be around and makes me feel comfortable and relaxed each time I visit. Best dental office around! Great atmosphere. Modern equipment and the staff is incredible! Been to dentists in Florida and Virginia and this, by far, tops them all! Dr. Nguyen is amazing and her staff are all great as well! Dr. Tran is great too! All the dental hygienists are amazing! The front desk/receptionist staff are always polite and helpful! Ive been going to them for the past five years and theyve made going to the dentist fun and pleasant each time! I cant rave about his place enough! Highly recommend!
