This is by far the best adult dental office I have been to in this area. Every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, informative, compassionate, detailed, and truly had my best interest as the top priority. Yasmin, the front office personnel was beyond helpful as she verified my insurance benefits to make sure the office performed the most cost efficient procedures while still providing outstanding care. Meena, my hygienist, was extremely knowledgeable and provided useful and necessary information on dental care. She was very gentle, and attentive to when I might need to take a few moments to get myself together. Now, Dr. Hakim..he is the nicest and most up front dentist who has ever treated me. He has a way of making you feel less anxious, while still giving not so great news...lol. He explained everything in detail and ensured I completely understood what my next steps should be. One thing I really appreciated about the staff is they did not push any in-office products on me, but instead provided more affordable options, with the option of purchasing the device from them. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and now have a new and wonderful office to follow me and my teeth!! Btw...I never do reviews, but they deserve it. As a fellow medical professional, I can say with confidence, that I received quality care during my visit!!

Horrible experience...told me I would need a deep cleaning to be done in two different appointments...said it would be $200...it only took them 45 minutes and they charged me $400...then found a new dentist...needed to get my x-rays and they told me they were going to charge my insurance company AGAIN...after sending over a release form they said they were too busy and would send the x-rays Monday (it was Friday)...the new dentist never received them...I got my insurance company involved...THEY LIED TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE RELEASE...my new dentist office called them to get my x-rays AND THEY HUNG UP ON THEM...I have been dealing with this for weeks...I would not give them a try!

The experience I had at the center was great. The young lady at the front desk was super sweet and accommodated me she explained everything to me beforehand and then took me in and sat me in a chair. Afterwards the technician was super nice and new exactly what she was doing she did a deep cleaning and made sure she got all the gunk out and was very cautious she didnt hurt me, overall the cleaning was amazing made my teeth feel super clean. After my cleaning they got me ready for my implant procedure and honestly they did an amazing job. The dentist took his time with me and made sure it looked good. Ill definitely go back.

Worse place ever.. I would not recommend this place to anyone all they want to do is take your money and your insurance money as well ... I went there for a regular cleaning and they told me I needed deep cleaning done as well and I agree to it cause my part of payment was going to be about 300... About a month later I received a bill of 160 for charges i was not aware of .. I called and they had no explanation on where that charge was from ... They have no customer service and they try to get you to do things you dont need .. all they want is to charge you and your insurance as much as they can ..DONT GO THERE

Having moved a lot when younger I have had many dentists. When I first saw Dr Hakim I had 4 broken teeth, a lost filling, and two exposed nerves. I also had many chipped teeth that Dr. Hakim fixed. Dr. Hakim saved my mouth, maybe my life, and accomplished all this while minimizing costs. Dr Hakim and his staff at Herndon Dental Center are perfectionists, gentle, warm, and wonderful people.

I came to Dr. Hakim with a really bad toothache. I have always been very scared of doctors and especially dentists, but Dr. Hakim made it such a pleasant experience that I didnt even feel a thing during and after my procedure. Im so glad I came to him for this problem and have continued my dental care with him and dont plan on going to any other dentist. I highly recommend his services.

Dr. Farhad Hakim saw me yesterday as an emergency patient. I usually hate going to the dentist, but he made me feel very comfortable. I had this horrible tooth ache and he helped me right away. Anyone in the Herndon area that needs a great dentist should definitely try Dr. Hakim.

I had a dentist in Leesburg, they charged me way too much so i just googled low cost dentist and this place popped up. Im very glad i started coming here, they help me so much on the financial aspect and are very nice. I would recommend them to everyone i know.
