HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Ive been seeing Dr. Lutz and the staff at Crown since 2009. Holli, Kristen and Mallorie take good care of me and my kids, My experience of trading in my glasses and getting fitted for contacts for the first time in 09 led me to consider bringing my two youngest children in for eye tests and buying glasses. They have gone there since 2010. Everyone in the office is always courteous and prompt and their products are competitively priced. Theyve even occassionally tweaked their prices to be competitive to some inexpensive websites! Oh yes, Holli always takes time to straighten out my sons bent glasses! An outstanding company!

Dr. Lutz was genial and made sure he got my prescription perfect. However, the main reason I wanted to write a review is office manager Holli. I had questions about the lenses that were ordered and she answered all of them. I even thought about changing the lenses to a different type, she went through all of the work getting me a new total for my bill, and I decided to stay with the original order. Not once did she get frustrated with me or try to get rid of me. She was amazingly nice. I would highly recommend this office because of her and Dr. Lutz.

I really like this place...if you can time it right and get the right staff there. I love Megan. She has helped my daughter and I countless times. However, certain staff there have been condescending to me over the phone, insulted my childs ability to clean her own glasses, and also been so busy that i have had to walk out. The only Dr I like there is Dr Lutz. He is funny and laid back but still professional and thorough. The other doctors seem aloof and impersonal.

I have been seeing Dr. Lutz for 3 years now and wont use anyone else. I have used Crown Vision for 20 years now and love this location and its employees. I stopped taking my 10 year old son to Walmart Visions Centers and brought him here for contacts. Dr. Lutz was great with him, making him feel comfortable and confident. I have been going to this Crown office on Zumbehl Rd for years. Dr Lutz is wonderful. Hes laid back and friendly, but throuough and professional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not once have I encountered an impatient or unfriendly employee. Id say more wonderful things about them, but I have an appointment with them and I dont want to be late because they are always on time.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING NEEDED - Apparently the Office staff at this location is NOT professional and treated our Daughters first visit on Her Own terribly. Customer Facing staff should be trained and professional and SHOULD NOT TREAT customers as if they were a burden or dumb.
