$600 Glasses and right lens still not correct prescription, went back let them "fix" it for a week, went back still exactly the same. I think they may have not even did anything at all, just waited a week and gave back as they were, Felt like they were nice only bc business reasons, I felt they were annoyed and didnt want to actually correct the right lens by making a new one. Its not my fault they couldnt create the right lens to be normal, now when reading or driving most annoying thing ever is this fuzzy right lens, worse prescription than old glasses, stuck with these $600 horrible vision glasses, I have no choice I need them. I dont hate them but wont bring back my business and trust me everything i need is expensive so they lost a lot of money, guess its back to lens crafters. I wanted to like them but this is obnoxious being stuck with only 1 good lens. Ill change my review if they make me a new right lens.

I recently visited Arnold EyeCare for my annual appointment. I received a reminder email, which was great and probably the only reason I made it to my appointment! I saw Dr. Wilson - She is very thorough during exams, extremely friendly, and genuinely cares about her patients. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk. Brandy was the assistant that prepared me for my visit. Both very pleasant and friendly ladies. And, Jane was the one who helped me with my frames. She adjusted my current frames in no time - and helped with getting some replacement lenses under warranty, she was very helpful in deciding on new frames, and made it so easy to understand the insurance and what my options were. The entire staff is wonderful here! I I will continue to use their services, and would recommend them to anyone I care about!

I have always had nothing but positive experiences at Arnold EyeCare Center! Dr Wilson is wonderful. My latest visit was an emergency, and Dr Wilson talked with me personally on the phone to explain that she did not have office hours for the time I needed to be seen, but she set up an appointment with Dr Gonzoles instead. Dr Gonzales was fantastic! I am usually apprehensive about seeing anyone other than my personal doctor, but I feel confident now that if Dr Wilson is not available when I need to make an appointment, that Dr Gonzales will give me the excellent care I have come to expect. Thank you!

I have been going to Arnold EyeCare Center for years. I find that I am able to schedule with no problem and in the event I need to reschedule I receive very courteous help from the staff. I have had to see a doctor on an emergency basis and I was seen as soon as I was able to get to the office. Dr. Wilson, is very thorough in her exams and is able to convey in words that I understand what she is doing and why. Everyone at this office is professional, courteous and I would not go anywhere else. I also recommend Arnold EyeCare Center to everyone I know. They are the best!

From the immediate greeting when I walk in, to the courteous staff who do the testing prior to the eye doctor coming in, to the very knowledgeable and friendly Dr. Diane Wilson (highly recommended) and finally the staff who assists with choosing eye glasses and/or repairs, adjustments....they are all stellar!!! I wont go anywhere else for my eye exam. My husband and brother and friends all go there! Try it...you wont go anywhere else.

Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Riley for several years and it is always a pleasant experience. The office staff is among the best I have encountered at any medical office. They are so friendly and efficient. Appointments are always on time and I have never had to wait. Dr. Riley takes as much time as needed to answer any questions and to explain test results in detail. I’ve been wearing glasses for 15 years and Arnold Eye stands out as one of the best Eyecare stores. The entire staff is very friendly and cheerful. Dr. Carrie Riley is fantastic. The only caution is to check the fees carefully. As with any Eye care store there are a lot of optional added costs.
