Do not waste your time. Unprofessional. Dirty looking. Ridiculous Doctor. I went in for a simple strep test which the Doctor asked the assistant to perform, when she didnt know how, they had to call in another assistant to complete the swab. Not the issue. After the test, the Doctor admitting to "needing new glasses" and "getting his eyes checked" after having issues seeing. What kind of professional says that while a client is in the room. My test came back negative and the Doctor prescribed an antibiotic. I woke up the next day in agonizing pain. Whole body ached, throat was swollen, fever, etc. So I went to the clinic on Sullivan Ave, South Windsor (A+ for them) where I was diagnosed with Thrush and that Doctor said what I was prescribed made my infection not only grow, but spread to the other side of my throat, the roof of my mouth, and my tongue. This Doctor knew what it was the second she looked at it, so why couldnt the East Hartford Doctor know? HORRIBLE. Seriously save yourself the misery and do not go here. Ever.

Staff here is horrible!!! Gazala is a very disgusting person!!! I call in to ask questions about husky b but before I can finish asking my question GAZALA started interrupting me ... because she thought she already knew the question I was going to ask ... when I said maam please let me finish speaking ...GAZALA began to yell and scream at me calling me rude and telling me shes going to hang up on me ... and then she hangs up in my face. IF This is how they treat people over the phone I would never allow them to touch my body!! Do not go here!!! GAZALA needs to be fired ....her phone etiquette is zero .... you have to listen to people when they call you cant just talk over them and then when they dont allow you to talk over them yell and scream and hang up in their face! The whole place seems entirely unprofessional. I called right back and was told to speak to a Mala at 1030.... I would never go here just based off of the phone conversation I had with GAZALA so I wont even wasting my time calling back.

One word to describe this place, UNPERFESSIONAL!!!!!!! The workers there are so rude. Patient centered care is not their number one priority. The so call "medical record" woman sent out my information with out my permission to an office I ask to not get sent out to. The communication between the workers in that place is not good. I could see them making big medical mistakes and putting people in harm. If you value your health, seek another doctors office.

i been there and that place dose sucks you sit in the waiting room for hours then when you get called in to be you still wait for another couple hours. then my brother went to be seen there and it took him like two weeks to get his medicine fill at the pharmacy because they are to lazy to look up the number at the pharmacy. so go at your own risk!!!!!!!

Been going there for over 10 years And recently move to Enfield CT At times its hectic and busy But others that are complaining in this review knows not always other facilities All 5 stars Dr. Qurashi and staffs are all very kind people.
