I have been a patient of Dr. Duas for 2 years and have always experienced superior service. His staff knows you by name and every staff member is pleasant and cheerful. What I appreciate most is the time that he spends during each visit, never feel rushed. He lets you know exactly what he feels is occurring and thoroughly explains course of action and when surgery was needed explained what to expect. ER nurses expressed confidence in his patients outcomes and I completely forget at times that I even had joint replacement. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Dua and his staff. I attended a lecture he provided on joint replacements, I attended the joint effort class offered at MMH; both provided invaluable information and I believe having followed the pre-op and post-op exercises they provide, my recovery was full and timely.

Dr. Duas office states his office will treat you like family. I have never had a family member treat me with this much disrespect. as a new patient, I tried to make an appointment to have a procedure performed for over 6 weeks, calling sever time only to be put on hold and then told the person who schedules the procedure was not able to speak to me and to leave a message, which were never returned. I spoke with Dr. Dua and he stated this is unusual. I received a message to call them and when I did I was again put on hold, when answered I was told I could not schedule an appointment until they call my insurance. I Would not recommend this office. Does not deserve one star.

Horrible horrible horrible. Stone faced uncaring idiot. Could careless if you are literally crying I pain. They refuse to even try to get an authorization for pain meds they prescribe. He could careless. Go somewhere else. I got a phone call about my pain meds on a Friday night how they wont get involved. I have tried for three days. They wait until a Friday night to get back to me to tell me to call someone else. How shamefully disgusting they are. They are lower than low. Not fit to be called a doctor or a doctors office. Making one suffer in pain and wiggle their way out of it calling on a Friday night.

Dr. Dua provides poor attention and unless you provocatively ask him the right questions, dont expect any advise. I injured my Achilles and I did not even get advise on kind of exercise I am supposed to do. Thanks to my friends and Youtube, I was able to do the right kind of exercise.
