The waiting room has literally 5 chairs, the room in which they take your vitals has a cheap digital scale and a single chair, they had me put my urine sample, unlabeled on the shelf above the sink with the hand soap, they had no toilet paper, the person who took my blood dropped a glove on the ground and proceeded to USE THAT GLOVE WHILE TAKING MY BLOOD! She also proceeded to take out the needle instead of using the click thing to shield the needle and dropped blood on the exam chair as well as the chair next to it, got my address wrong twice, I just cannot believe this is a running business. Also so short staffed its rediculous. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE.

I started off at the MinuteClinic 2 days ago, with minimal relief, and no confident diagnosis. I broke down and came here for a 2nd opinion, feeling dissatisfied with the progress Id been making in recovery. Couldnt be happier with the service- genuine, caring and professional help! I walked out of there feeling 10x better (both physically and mentally), and with the tools and knowledge to successfully make it through my injury! I will be making Priority Urgent Care my first stop from now on! Thank you!

I came in soon after the clinic opened. My son (3) broke his leg. Dr. Rampal was so great with him. We quickly got x-rays and then he sent us to CCMC to have the leg casted. We were able to avoid the ER and had a one-on-one with an emergency room doctor. Dr. Rampal even carried my son to the car for me. So grateful we went to Priority Urgent Care. I want them to be successful so we can have this wonderful resource in Ellington!

Dr Rampal was very nice and helpful. He was able to see me immediately with no wait. He not only treated me on site but explained to me what was going on every step of the way. I felt comfortable and at ease during my entire visit. His bedside manner is refreshing and genuine. In a time when large medical organizations are your only option most of the time, its nice to be able to get high quality care locally.

Dr. Rampal is was as well rounded as a doctor as they come. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable in dealing with my emergency at hand but his bedside manner explaining what was wrong was very comforting. If and when another emergency visit is warranted I wouldnt hesitate to return. Thank you very much.

Felt very ill Sunday AM. Called the office and was being checked in 15 minutes later. Very cordial office personnel. Fast an easy check-in. Doctor saw me quickly, diagnosed my condition, sent me to pharmacy for medication. Just followed up at home with me!! Highly recommended.

I had an episode of asthma after many years and the doctor was really professional and caring. It wouldve cost me much more to go to the ER. In fact, the people at Priority Urgent Care attended to me promptly which doesnt always happen at an ER.

They had followed up next day of the appointment and provided me certain medications over phone based upon my feedback. I was thinking of going to emergency as a second thought visited here, they avoided that few medications.

Good service. Dr. Anumeh Singh was thorough in examination. They also have X-ray on-site so didnt have to go anywhere else and readings were in 20 mins. I would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone around Vernon/Ellington.
