I have been with Dr. Tucker for almost as long as he has been practicing. Lately I am not thrill with his practice. I had gone in with something that I had never had before and he should have recommended an MRI. Also, the last two times I tried to get an appointment I was told that he had nothing that day and I needed to go to the Urgent Care. Whats the point in having this doctor if he cant see me! Doesnt he set aside emergency appointment times during the day? I am not happy with him at all and will be sending a letter to him personally. Not happy with my Doctor. :( BTW.. I almost miss voting in the Presidential Election due to him being 3 HOURS behind. I had a 4pm appt. Got out of his office at 7pm.

I scheduled an appointment for a particular time, I was informed if I were 10 minutes late I would have to reschedule and if I cancelled less that 24 hours in advance I would be charged, but the practice has no problem with 40+ minute wait times. Add a disorganized office staff and "new software" issues and you are looking at 1hour plus before being seen. I would not recommend this office if you value your time or wish to be valued as a patient. I cannot comment on the Dr. himself as he wasnt even available.

Ive been seeing Dr Tucker for 15 years. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things in layman terms. I am aware all doctors have emergencies and staff changes. That doesnt change the fact that he is an excellent physician and will see you quickly if the need is there. There are also very competent staff members backing him up. I simply dont get the cranky ratings here. Measure across time and need. You will give 5 stars as well.

Kept me waiting more than hour, then I didnt even see the doctor, but a nurse who was very impatient and rushing. She was openly annoyed by my questions. I think theyre basically pill pushers. Stay away.
