I love my doctor here and I will continue to come back for the patience and wonderful care he provides. However, the receptionists have always been curt, cold and impolite. Never once has someone said "Youre Welcome" after I express my appreciation and thanks for them retrieving my information or scheduling an appointment. They let out exasperated sighs when you ask them for your records and get annoyed at you when you need your information faxed.
