In the past this place has been a life saver! Today it was the worst experience! My complaint sinus infection which Im prone to and have been diagnosed and treated for here 2x within the last 6 months. Today he insisted to check me for strep throat - I had no sore throat and told him I had a sinus infection and possible ear infection (which he had DX me months ago with- same symptoms just not nearly as bad) My teeth hurt my ears hurt I had dark brown and yellow mucus coughing and blowing it up non stop and blood in it too. Signs of infection!!!! He refused me a z pac. I told him I had been sick since last Sunday! He never felt my face or looked in my throat other than to swab never felt my sinuses! So I sat for 10 min coughing and barely being able to breath with pain. When he returned and said I must have a virus the strep was negative-- I explained I had a sinus infection and I was sick! I get them all the time- you could even hear my voice it was awful! Headaches for days! He said he doesnt prescribe antibiotics unless its been ten days!!!!! So by my calculations I started feeling sick last Saturday and today was the following Sunday at Aprox 7:15pm so thats how many days 9!!!!! And its only gotten worse! I had to pay $40 cash because I dont have Masshealth I have real insurance! He refused me antibiotics a simple script for a z pack! And I have to miss work tomorrow IF my doctor can fit me in and Im suffering tonight because I cant breath, in pain, my allergy meds, asthma stuff and all the sinus rinses in the world in the last 9 days havent helped at all!!!!!!!! So Im calling the manager or director this is absolutely awful! I walked out and said I would get my $40 back! Do they not read charts! Does he not remember he diagnosed me months back! Same symptoms !! No different! Im pissed! I was not looking for pain meds for goodness sake!! They need to take the time to ask the questions and give better patient care- read the charts!!!

My experience here was terrible. I arrived at the clinic at 11:15 (clinic closes at 12:00) on a Sunday because my daughter had pink eye. We were the only people in the waiting room. At 11:30 I was called to the reception desk and was told that they could not verify my insurance. I have had the same health insurance for 20 years and my insurance has never lapsed and is current. When I asked the receptionist if she could recheck her information on the computer, I was told the internet was now suddenly not working and I would have to go to the ER. I offered to pay in full but was told that it was not possible to pay in full and get reimbursed later by my insurance. While this conversation was going on a man walked into the clinic and the receptionist told him they were no longer seeing patients. This was a half hour before they were closing with no one waiting. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. As I left the receptionist was walking out the door behind me, which leads me to think the staff just wanted to leave early. I ended up going to the CVS Minute, which was able to immediately verify my insurance coverage. It is a terrible practice to blatantly lie to your customers.

THEY SUCK. Took my 3 year old granddaughter there for a hard, wet cough and chest congestion. Over the counter meds did not seem to be working and her Drs office was closed on Saturdays. First...ROSIE the receptionist was all over the place and had no idea what she was doing. Second, after being the second ones there at 8:30 am...we over an hour to be seen...only to be told their system was down and they couldnt verify her name was on the insurance so she couldnt be seen. BS. I offered to pay out of pocket so she could at least get evaluated until we could get her in to see her pediatrician on Monday...we were told that unless they could verify insurance they couldnt even put her in a room...again BS. Rosie was rude and even stated in a waiting room full of sick people...WE CANT SEE HER. So PLEASE people...seek alternative health care. This practice sucks...at least on this Saturday Morning. Proceed with caution.

This place is horrible. The only reason why I came to this urgent care is because I read good reviews & stars online so I decided to give it a try. The receptionist/medical assistant May was NOT welcoming at all! Her attitude alone said she did not want to be there. When I finally saw Dr. Osazee Osagie, I started off by explaining to him my symptoms and he continued to talk over me. Then when I questioned his reasoning on my symptoms, he started to watch the TV that was in the room and totally tuned me out. After the visit he told me to come back for a follow up and I started to ask him a few more questions and he quickly left the room and I literally had to run after him and stop him in the hallway to ask about pain meds. I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was my 1st & last time going there. And I only gave 2 stars because the waiting area was more welcoming than the receptionist.

We saw Dr. Sade, and she was very helpful kind and pleasant listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and efficiently with her medical expertise I suggest to see Dr. Sade anytime. I will return here for any medical issues in future thank you for your great work Dr. Sade you make us feel better!

Asked for social security number - insisted they would not treat without. Nonsense! I refused and they decided they could see me after all. Very sketchy. Did not inform me they are out of network for my insurance. Costs are exorbitant for the level of care. Not going back.

The best experience of my life in an emergency I can always count on them last minute dont have a doctor to see go to Sonic argent care East Longmeadow you will never regret it my experience was the best fast easy walk in walk out and a team that really cares

wonderful place super fast i see the same dr everytime i come so he knows exactly whats been goimg with me in the past i dont have to tell a tell a different person every single time staff is super friendly very nicw professional would come back any time

The Urgent Care staff is wonderful. They are thorough and address all concerns with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this clinic. No long lines of ER and fast service.
