I would give this clinic ZERO stars if I could! I saw the bad reviews and still made an appointment to be seen, but man was I wrong! After having been there myself they were all correct! When you make an apt to be seen you are told you can only be seen for 1 issue per appointment due to insurance not paying for more than one issue at a time, and this is CRAP! I am a medical biller and an insurance most certainly will pay for more than one problem. The front staff was pretty nice nothing bad to report and the nurse was very nice as well. THEN enter the "doctor" who by the way is a PA NOT a doctor even though the staff made me an apt with Dr. so and so. Lots of violations in regards to containers not being covered properly, bodily fluids in open regular trash cans not biohazard cans. The provider spent the ENTIRE visit with his back to me, never once made eye contact, he yelled at me that "I was not listening" when he was giving me false information regarding MY insurance company. Gave me a load of crap about a pre-natal vitamin (this is my third pregnancy I am well aware of pre-natal vitamins) and told me the only medicine I can take is a liquid medicine which was not even for the symptoms I was having. Telling a newly pregnant lady about these horrible horrible birth defects caused by a lack of vitamins is just bad bedside manners. What if this was my first pregnancy? I would have left in tears thinking my 8 week old fetus was being harmed by not already having taken the pre-natal... I know he was full of crap and of course vitamins are good for you pregnant or not. BURPED multiple times while in the room with me and never once excused himself (I understand things happen but say excuse me!) kept huffing and puffing like I was bothering him when I was literately sitting silently listening to him burp after being told I was not listening. I could not have gotten out of that clinic fast enough! I will never ever step foot in that place again. Thank goodness I was able to hold out long enough to get my referral to OB so I dont have to deal with those people anymore.

I will start by saying that if you want to be treated like anything other than a dope fiend, than this is NOT the place to go. Last year I went in for severe back pain. The first couple of doctors I seen basically said it was a pinched nerve that would heal itself. Well when I finally fell down in my house and could not move, I went back and seen Mrs. Tomlin, who was the only person there who cared at all. She ordered an MRI and we found out that I had a disc that was hitting my spine and my sciatic nerve had wrapped around it. There was no amount of pain pills that would help, and when I called in to get a refill I was totally ignored for two weeks. I finally made another appointment and went in to talk to Mrs. Tomlin and she asked me why I had not called in for a refill. I told her I had and left several messages. She immediately went and talked to the people at the front desk and they point blank told her they thought I was "just trying to get more drugs that I did not need," Well I could hear her chewing them out from my room in the back. Needless to say after the MRI, I had surgery and the surgeon told my husband that he could not believe I was able to take the pain for so long. My nerve was so twisted that it took him almost 45 minutes to untangle it. Well she left the clinic because she said she could not work for a company that treats its patients that way. After she left we seen another PA and he literally will not look at you and when you are trying to tell him your symptoms he is on WebMd, right in front of you putting in your symptoms. I can do that for free! Needless to say me and my family WILL NOT be going back to see any of the doctors or their judgmental staff again.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS CLINIC IF YOU HAVE A FUTURE APPTMT WITH THEM. Let me start off by saying that i had an apptmt on 07-23-2013 at 8am with nurse "TRACEY CREAMER" the moment the medical assistance by the name of CANDACE came out to the waiting area and DID NOT SMILE NOR DID SHE GREET ME. On top of this while waiting for nurse "Tracey Creamer" to arrive in the room she was not friendly at all nor did she smile she stated to me when, I was giving her the reason for my visit she said to me and i quote!!! " PLEASE ONLY GIVE ME 1 SYMPTOM TODAY/AT A TIME and with this being said i was totally blown away and she said it with attitude as if she didnt care what was bothering me as a patient. After explaining to her about my symptoms and offering to show her a picture of how the sickness had cause my hair to also fall she stated to me as i reached for my cell phone " Please i do not need to see any pictures" On top of her running SOoooo MANY TESTS ON ME. She had the not well trained medical assistance to call me back and tell me to continue to take my ibuprofen for pain because she will not/CAN NOT call anything in to my pharmacy just yet. I just was treated as if i was an animal off the street and this will be a visit i will never 4get... Please i would NOT RECOMMEND my pet to this place horrible, horrible service i left with tears in my eyes...:(

This place sucks. They filled out my billing wrong for my son so the bills were going to my ex husband not me and when he decided he wasnt going to pay them they literally transfered this debt that was in collections by this time to my name without ever contacting me or sending me a bill for it. The wait times are always stupid crazy, you can sit in a room for 45 minutes after being called back. They have refused to refill my sons rx to go on vacation then did not send the rx in at all 4 days later when they were supposed to and of course I call to see why and none of the people I spoke with or the dr are there so I have to wait until hes back to get it still. I requested a CT scan for kidney stones that I have a history of and had passed two but had to wait until I wasnt pregnant to do anything about and he sent me to a much less reliable ultra sound to look for them making to to where I had to go in multiple times when he could have just did the dang CT scan in the first place which would have saved me time and money. Some of the staff is rude and they do not return phone calls or give correct information, I am done with this place. If you can help it dont start going here there are much better places that actually give a hoot about their patients.
