Dr. Bolfing WAS my primary care physician. However, I received a letter in the mail that he was moving his office to the building next to his current office. No big deal, correct? Fast forward about 9 months. I had a need to see him for something urgent. I call his office and am told that I am not in the system. I ask "Why?". I am told it is because they moved offices and that I must not have been in to see him in a long time. Really? Really? So now I would be considered a "New Patient" and the first opening for an appointment was almost 60 days away. Really? So now I have to find a new Doctor that can get me in right away and I have to assume my medical records are in some database that the new doctor can access, otherwise I have no access to my medical records because I was purged from Dr. Bolfings system because I wasnt sick often enough. What a Joke!

The Dr himself was a nice but the staff that is in the office appears to be unknowable as to what their doing. I highly suggest a lot of retraining for them when it comes to processing the insurance and scheduling lab work. They tell you to show up for lab work then as they check you in they inform you that you have to pay out of pocket for the whole cost of the lab work. But it gets better Im double insured so why do I have to pay. After 15 minutes of sitting there Im told I have to go to another lab. If you want to waste time then this is the place to go to because the staff is poorly trained.

I was reluctant to try a new doctor as I have not really come across many that I like. But I read his reviews from another site. I went in for extreme pain in my esophagus. He listened to me and was extremely informative and approachable. Great bedside manners! I was am pleased to have found a doctor that enjoys his profession. I highly recommend him. My 9 year old daughter was so impressed with him that she wanted to visit him for her check ups. I rarely give anyone 5 stars reviews but Dr. Bolfing earned them.

I have been a medical practitioner for about 15 years and its nice to see doctors that still enjoy patient care and attention to detail. I left the University Health System due to doctor that lacked apathy and just plain basic customer service skills. I was surprised to see that Dr. Bolfing is not just knowledgeable but also posses great bed side manners. I hope he never leaves UT Medicine.

Excellent doctor! Great bedside manner. He answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed. Dr. B also brought things to my attention that I wasnt even thinking of. The staff here is also so nice! No issues at all. Even made hubby and appointment and will be transferring my children to him, as well

Weve been seeing Dr bolfing for the last 4 years and couldnt be happier. I dont care about dealing with unfriendly staff as long as the Dr is as good as he is. Even though weve never had a problem. He knows what hes talking about, great bedside manner , best Dr Ive ever had.

Best Dr. Ive ever had. Its wonderful to have a doctor that talks in earnest, shows care, and answers any crazy questions I have as technical or non technical as I require. Hes also hilarious and I enjoy joking around with him.

My first visit with Dr Bolfing as my primary care physician. The office was well-run; my afternoon appointment was on time. Dr Bolfing was very approachable, listened, and clearly explained his points.

Dr. Bolfing is a TERRIBLE doctor! I will NEVER go back there, I have closed my account with them. Be forewarned, there are plenty of good docs out there...he is not one of them
