Dr. Cerda is nice enough, but the follow up with lab results is consistently terrible. I dont mind calling back myself, but currently have been trying to get my results for 8 days. Twice, Ive gotten the excuse that "theyre in but she hasnt signed off on them yet" and today was sent to "the MA in the back" and waited on hold for 10 minutes before I had to hang up and go back to work. In the mean time Ive run out of the medicine that I get the lab work for and told them that a week ago and no temporary refill. Thank goodness its not a life threatening condition. Go elsewhere.

I went to Dr.Cerda to complete my vaccination for school. I was initially nervous wondering if the vaccine record process would be completed before the deadline and she just made it so easy for me. Dr.Cerda went over my paperwork page by page and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and made sure I have everything ready for school. Dr.Cerda is wonderful and her staff is fabulous. I would definitely be going back to her and I highly recommend this place.

Was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Cerdas understanding and recommendation of treatments that other doctors should have recommended but just brushed off because I was so young was a great relief to me. I have already scheduled my follow up and may have found my new primary care doctor! Goodbye Macgregor Medical Center and your awful service and staff!

Absolutely terrible business. Everyone is rude and full of attitude. The waiting room is full of plastic surgery. The doctors know nothing besides it. Thank god every time Ive needed a real doctor Ive found one instead of a selfish money grabbing pill pusher.
