I had a car accident almost 3 months ago and I had a sever pain on my back , neck and shoulders . The fastest and more efficient treatment at that point was getting Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection in 7 different spots in my body ( 3 injections in different spots in the neck ) 2 on the shoulders and another two in the back and lower back. 2 weeks between each other single injection and the possibility of taking more than one injection for same spot depends on the pain and the healing process . I was scared and reluctant especially from the side effects of these injections . The pain was so sever that avoid me from even doing any simple daily activity or driving or even sleeping for many nights . Since I had been at the beginning of chiropractic sessions . Dr. Shalabi in health-1st center advised me to give the therapeutic sessions a chance and he spent a good time with me explaining how many sessions I need and what things I should do in each level of treatment and delay the shots and see how my body will respond. He was very understanding , feeling your pain , expert and very confident of what he saying and what he will do . Without exaggerating I started noticing a difference and a relief of pain gradually from the beginning of early sessions and before the ending of the 1st half of the sessions I start noticing a significant improvement . It was like a magic ( no pain at all in my neck ,shoulders and the lower of my back) the pain was gradually disappeared permanently . I trusted Dr. Shalabi and it was like a gambling for me since all my friends , family members and husband were against the physical therapy and they in some how dont believe in the physical therapy in the first place . I dont know how to thank Dr. Shalabi of all what he did . He is really very expert in his field and most important his welcoming and the touch of kindness and caring that distinguish him from many people in his industry . He is really genuine person .What also amazed me his kindness , caring and the very friendly super nice relation that he had with all of his patients . He treated them like a family not like customers . His staff are super nice , very caring and always keep following up with the patients . Being in health-1st center with Dr. Shalabi and his staff was really worth it and making you feel that you are really in a good hands and no reason to worried about the healing process . No words will be enough to thank Dr. Shalabi and his staff . I really dont know how to thank him. Definitely Dr. Shalabi expertise and knowledge nailed the pains and the suffering I had . Definitely my experienced in health-1st center changed the misconceptions about the industry in my husband and friends minds . I definitely would recommended health-1st center with Dr. Mohammad Shalabi and his staff to everyone . And to whom who had no believe in chiropractic Therapy or had a bad experience , Please do not give up and I strongly advise you to take another chance . Go and visit health-1st center and meet with Dr. Shalabi . Definitely you will be a Winner . You will gain a lot and you will be in a very and good expert hands. When I first started treatment with Dr Shalabi 12 years ago, because of bad choices during work, I could barely walk with out stopping to catch my breath and hold back from screaming out of pain. I didnt know that I had herniated discs in my lower back at the time (2 full herniations and the 3rd bulging disc), all I knew was it was the most painful crippling uncomfortable pain Ive ever had, it even hurt to cough or laugh, I kid you not!! After trying different chiropractors and other doctors, I was lucky enough a friend convinced me to call Dr Shalabi. Getting me on the table for my first adjustment was no problem because Dr Shalabis cool adjustment table raises up where I could stand straight up on its platform & it lowers slowly with me on it in the correct position, at other clinics getting on a low table was torture! Needless to say, after my very first visit, I literally could stand straight and walk, no joke. It did take time with regular adjustments and decompression therapy to get me 100% right again and since then I go in for regular adjustments to keep my spine healthy & aligned. I am a skeptic and dont usually believe with out experience or research, but this chiropractor is the real deal and I felt compelled to give him my 5 star review and recommend him to anyone who is suffering like I had, save yourself unnecessary time and money and call dr shalabi first!

It was about a year ago today when I went to the Health 1st Center to see Dr. Shalabi. I was 22 at the time, and blessed with great health. Days earlier I had the experience of a lifetime; I went skydiving for the first time. I had a blast but unfortunately, my head did not. I suffered from EXCRUCIATING headaches from the top of my head down to my eyes. It felt like my head was on fire and it would not stop for 3 straight days. I thought I was having internal bleeding or worse. I went to see a specialist and had an MRI done. Thankfully, my brain was fine. What happened was my sinuses and my head did not react well to the rapid change in pressure going from the sky to the ground with in a couple of minutes. I knew about Dr. Shalabi because he had helped my mother in the past on numerous occasions for many issues including headaches. I went in to see him and immediately the pain decreased, and remarkably within a few days the headaches were completely gone, something no painkiller could do. I am forever grateful for him helping me get back to work and my regular routine almost immediately and the issue hasnt come up again at all in the last year. I am also grateful for him having helped out my mother with several different issues in the past with her back, neck, and headaches. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE. Thank you Dr. Shalabi!

I have been visiting many great chiropracters over the last 10 years (I suffer from moderate scoliosis) and Dr. Shalabi is my absolute favorite! I have been with him for over 3 years now and I have never considered going anywhere else. Once you walk into the clinic it is as if you are right at home. You check in with the wonderful staff he has and continue to do your recommended exercises at your convenience. It seems once you are done he is ready to provide you with his seamless adjustments; I used to always get a bit nervous before adjustments, but he does it with such ease and comfort! I must say, Im always walking out with a spring in my step, feeling like a million bucks! If you want a place where you truly get pampered and absolutely feel valued, Dr. Shalabis humble clinic is the place to be!! Thank you Dr and staff for everything you do!

Dr. Shalabi & his staff are the kindest, most respectful, and most generous people I have ever met. They are accommodating, understanding, and truly care for each and every one of their patients. I regularly (weekly) visited for 2 years after my car accident and noticed a huge positive shift in my body & energy. While for some, it may feel like a task to attend to your health making appointments and making time for those appointments, I seriously enjoyed every visit because of how welcoming and friendly Dr. Shalabi and his staff are. Dr. Shalabis expertise is highly recommended from me and my co-workers! They came in and brought in FREE lunch for all of the teachers I work with and gave us a quick talk about health. Amazing people with amazing service & care.
