Worst minute clinic experience ever. First they removed my check in. I was there 2 minutes after 9 to see a sign that said we are opening at 930 due to inventory control. Walked around the store with 3 kids til about 25 after and then went back. To my surprise there were already people being seen and in line. I went to check in thinking I was still in the 36 minutes that it said I had to wait. At check in they said my reservation was canceled and I had to sign in as a walk in patient. We were the 4th person in line. We have been waiting now for almost 2 hours since arrival. You need to work on your check in procedures. This was crazy. We are hoping to get in in the next couple minutes. Changed my review to a 3 the clinician was great once we got inside. Still think the check in process is a joke but the clinician was really good and patient with three kids. She could use some help in that office.

My husband went into the clinic with productive cough, burning chest, fever of 102 & chills. The exact same thing he told them that I had for over a week prior. I was treated with antibiotics, steroids, breathing treatments, etc. He was told it was just a sinus cold & treat with over the counter meds. Thank God his doctor listened to my pleas and agreed to see him within hours after his visit to the clinic. His doctor said he is just short of admitting him! These people DO NOT know what theyre doing. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Stopped here because of a sore throat. Was told they would look at me but are not able to prescribe antibiotics unless I was sick for 8 days. I thought the idea of a minute clinic was convenience. Better off making an appointment with your doctor instead of wasting time with CVS.
