I had mixed feelings about this place. When I arrived, I was happy to see that no one was in line checking in. However, the staff proceeded to take about 20 minutes to check me in. It seemed that the computer was having technical issues. I understand that these things happen; however, there were two staff members checking people in and we could have just moved to the other computer because that one seemed to be working as a steady stream of people who arrived after me were checked in at a rapid rate. Once I was checked in, I didnt have to wait long, which was good. When I got in the room, the CNA took my vitals and asked if I was on any prescriptions. Im on one very common prescription for high blood pressure. When I told her, she asked me to spell it! Once she left, the doctor came in pretty promptly. She was very friendly, but Im not sure how knowledgeable she was considering she Googled everything I was saying and read right off her computer screen. I could have done that! She ended up giving me two prescriptions-one of which my pharmacist told me is actually an over-the-counter medication. Made me wonder if the person who saw me was actually a doctor?

Doctor Michelle Meeks was my PCP last year. Everything went on well until I moved to abother insurance in December. I have been calling so my medical report can be sent to my new doctor (I was driving for 1 hrs 30mins to get to Frankfort and it was draining. I needed a doctor near where I live. Well, getting my medical report had been frustrating to say the least. I make calls and they customer care get so rude and ask me to follow Michelle Meeks (she moved to another medical group ). In her new office they do not have my report. She left all the medical records for her patients at South Suburban physician group which is now Franciscan express. I do not know what to do now and I have a tight schedule to manage to drive to your offices. My new doctor is in need of my records so I can continue getting treatment.

Even though we liked the doctor, this place is a joke NO swaps for influenza! Went to my regular doctor next day and guess what positive for influenza A for myself and both my kids. And there is nothing urgent in this place completely disorganized, took total of 2 hours for paper work and re checking vitals 3 times since they did know somebody else already did it...even the doctor was getting annoyed with the staff and was surprised they did not have the influenza swaps. Avoid this place if you can.

Express Care more like Slow as Heck one should address issues accordingly at least keep the patients informed to whats going on instead of having me in a closed room wondering when are you coming to see me!!! It should be a moment, the staff tells me do you know what a moment means???? Well it should not be hours!!!!! Geez this is straight up ridiculous!!!! I am opening this door up as I am not going to sit in this closed room!!!!

Completely rude staff! Just called to see what the exact hours were for today (he told me to go onto the website and look myself) and if there was a long wait and in the nastiest voice the guy responded "we dont give out wait times" and "I wont tell you how many people are here, ull just have to come see for yourself" and hung up on me! Wow, wont be recommending or going to this place! No stars for this business!

Extremely rude before I even checked in. Receptionist was very nice and apologized. They made me tell them my symptoms twice at the desk and then seemed annoyed that I wanted to have a test done. I ended up leaving bc I was uncomfortable. Not sure why those two women decided to become doctors. They clearly dont want to help people.

There is nothing more to add. Same as the other reviews. The few positive reviews are either family members or there was a substitute team that day. Dr Siddiqui is the only good thing going for them. I hope they turn it around soon so Frankfort does not have a vacant building sitting around.

Have had nothing but great experience from the facility. They DO have flu tests and not a single person was rude to me or my children. I love the place!!

Would go zero stars if available. Majority of staff are rude, and couldnt care less about your well being. Extremely expensive, avoid at all costs!

Long wait time. They also make you wait 10 minutes after visit for discharge papers. Wouldnt recommend it.
