I concur with Shay. The billing department is nothing but a bunch of crooks. Ive called my insurance companies fraud department. They charged me for procedures that were canceled. I really like Dr. Ing hes fantastic but the staff at the clinic dont feel like picking up phones or calling with your test results. The office staff in charge of billing has no clue whether or not you owe a co-pay and is oblivious to any of that information. I actually got an "I dont know" from them. In the service industry an "I dont know" is unacceptable. Again, I like the doctor, but the staff has shown time after time that you are just an appointment and not a patient. Would not go there again. Dr. Ing deserves a better staff and I hope he goes into private practice. ============================================================================ I better give some back story here. I just called the doctor and of course he is with a patient but Im talking to the office staff and asking for the Doctor to give me a call back when he gets a chance. I was very polite and friendly but after asking additional questions, I got a loud sigh over the phone. If you are going to sigh at least put me on mute. ============================================================================ The Good -Dr Brian Ing -Strip mall style parking, never hard to find parking. -Avg 2 week waiting period for appointment (not all that bad) -Nursing staff on site (they seem to have a lot of experience) ============================================================================ The Bad -Office staff attitude -Billing -Calls go unanswered (if you try to get your test results, you leave a voicemail, and someone calls you back) -Test results are reviewed by the Dr but explained by the nursing staff. (sometimes they cant answer questions) ============================================================================ Overall Id go just for the Doctor but there are many issues that I cannot overlook. Maybe im needy and I want a place of Medicine to care about my well being. I just dont feel this place offers it. It could be Shay and I are rare cases and just came in or called in on bad days.

Horrible office!! If Im giving it one star it is because I have to in order to review. The physicians are great the front desk staff as well as their nurses are the worst!! Not to mention their scheduling customer service team!! I have given my insurance to them over 15 times each time I go to an appt Im asked to update my insurance card because they do not have me info each time I tell them Ive given to them and they state they have no record yet are quick to bill my insurance each time! I made an appt this morning at the north riverside location for my toddle who has a really bad cough, I was told the latest was 2:15 so was forced to leave work early in order to arrive on time. After waiting for 30 minutes in the waiting area Im told the doctor running behind I wont be attended until 3:45 or so!!! I asked them to cancel my appt and the nurse shrugged and said okay. I pay enough for insurance to have to go to such an unprofessional office will be on the lookout for a new pediatrician for my children!!!

had too many problems since switching to this place. problems paying bills through their website. problems with them not responding when i ask for a script refill. then they finally fill it and i try to pick it up at 4:40 on friday and theyre closed. I just called to get their office hours mon-fri 8-7. so why are you closed at 4:40 on friday? the lady who told me the office hours said "i have no idea." thanks, helpful. I guess ill try again next week. Ive shown up 10 minutes late for an appointment and been told i needed to reschedule when there was like 1 guy in the waiting room.

Thank you nurse barb for always accepting my last minute appointment requests. You always listen to my concerns and order the proper tests so I can be diagnosed and treated properly. Today I needed a chest x ray and the technician I believe her name is Lori took me in right away so I didnt have to go to the Maywood location and wait. Thank you so much for doing that! I am very happy that I have a place like this! I also really love dr. Lieberman and nurse mccommerick for gyno. Great women!

I dont even know where to start. This is a group of uncaring, incompetant staff and Doctors. From misdignosing my son, to trying to prescribe the wrong medication I cannot even tell you the frustration and ordeal we went through with our son. On tiop of the bad medicine their billing department cannot even figure out whwn a bill has been paid! Nothing good can come of going here.

Dr. Hannah Chow is the best pediatrician. She is caring and never makes us feel like we are being rushed out. Also, I love Dr. Sarah Wagner in the OBGYN department. She has had children of her own, so she understands the soon-to-be mother.

Dr.Brian Ing has been awesome with me. He may seem like he is not listening but he is. He has to type in notes and listen and that is very hard to do. I am glad he is my pcp. Very smart doctor.

"Dr.ing" very disrespectful I would literally ask questions and he would just say ok without answering them. The secretarys are always talking, very disrespectful. Worst place to go to.
