This "doctor" is completely unprofessional . He was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to my brother. DO NOT COME HERE. I dont know how this man even got to become a doctor. He told my brother he has "horrible vision and has complex eyes." What, did optometry school not prepare you enough? What kind of doctor says that to a patient? Obviously patients who dont have perfect vision are coming to see you for help...if you didnt want to deal with "horrible vision" why did you even become a freaking doctor? My brother was charged $95 just for a contact fitting. He also rushed my brother during the lens test where you get asked whether 1 or 2 is better and would basically choose for him and say "This one?" without giving my brother a chance or giving him some time. He has no patience. People shouldnt feel rushed to pick which one they feel they can see better in. My brother also couldnt see the letters on the wall and was quiet for a few moments to try and make out the letters and he told him "Can you at least try?" in a very condescending manner. Obviously he was trying and couldnt see. What, do you want him to pretend and spit out a bunch of random letters just to "try" when he cant see anything? UGH. Nothing makes my blood boil more than a health care "professional" who doesnt deserve to be one. Obviously became a doctor just for the money. Dont know how he got past the interview for grad school with such a horrible personality. My family and I will NEVER pay this jerk for his horrible services ever again. He may think hes oh so smart and treats people like theyre idiots, but hes the real idiot if he doesnt understand that a business cant run without good customer service. I hope he starts getting no patients at all. I can go on and on, but save yourself the trouble and frustration and STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I tried giving this doctor the benefit of the doubt. I went last year for an eye exam and I had a lovely experience, but Dr. Pham did not work with me. I think that it was an intern? Regardless, she provided me with excellent service and I left with a happy feeling about the office. I came back this year and got Dr. Pham. Completely different story. At first, I thought he was just being thorough by asking me to try my contacts for a week before giving me my prescription. But when i came back the following week and explained that i was having trouble with the new prescription in one eye, he seemed offended and became very condescending in the rest of his interactions with me. At one point he started firing a bunch of questions at me about letters I could or couldnt see. I got super flustered because I didnt understand his questions and because he was speaking to me like I was a complete idiot. Then I realized what was happening: he was standing in front of me, blocking the letters on the eye chart. There was no way I could have seen the letters he was talking about. Ive never left a doctors office feeling proud of myself for not punching the doctor before. Needless to say, I will not be returning my business.

Had same experience as last poster. Staff is nice, but doctor is horrible. He looks young but may be old, the point is that the way he tells things is very blunt, and makes you feel really bad about your current vision. Which my vision may be really bad or not, but I have no way of telling because he may be like that with everyone. Ive been to other eye doctors and never treated the same and never treated like Im some stupid person who is going blind. Acting like a hotshot as the other person described, is the word. Thats basically how I felt, I almost wanted to cry after I left home, he made me feel miserable about my situation. I dont even think Doctors who diagnose terminal cancer are like that. The only reason I went there is because I thought being in the mall it was a nice place, but after going in, place is nice and staff, but the doctor made me feel as if I went inside some obscure optometrist in a shady part of town. I felt no confidence at all in his professionalism. He comes off as not professional and perception wise I even doubt his knowledge and expertise, but Ill give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he is very knowledgeable but the way he says things and how he acts make it look otherwise.

Ive visited many doctors for my yearly eye exam and this doctor is the WORST one yet. His staff are very friendly and helpful but the doctor himself he is awful. Days before my schedule exam, his staff called me and reminded me of my appointment, answered all the questions that I had and they even check with my insurance to tell me what the price is beforehand. On the day of the exam, the staff helped me fill out the necessary paperwork and treated me with the utmost respect...then this doctor came around. He clearly wanted nothing to do with me, my little sister nor anyone in his office that day. He acted like we were dumbasses who know nothing about vision. It was my sisters first ever eye exam and he treated her like crap. He answered her questions very bluntly and shamefully while acting like a hotshot. My sister told me later on that she hated him and he is an awful doctor. So if you want a knowledgeable & professional doctor I would do everything I can to avoid this guy. He will treat you like crap and look down on you. Seriously, go elsewhere but here.

Worst OD. ever!! Totally rude and disrespectful! He was in a huge hurry and Im hard of hearing and when I could not give him a quick enough answer he told me to"just answer yes or no!" I told him I had no line bifocals before and he said progressive and I said if by progressive you mean no line bifocals then yes. He put on my husbands and my prescriptions that we needed premium progressive lens. My husband told them he only wanted and needed reading glasses but they did the progressive. How does anyone that rude stay in business? He was fine to my husband who does not have hearing problems. Maybe he is just rude and disrespectful to women??? He needs to learn some manners! I wish I had read the previous review before going in. She was so right!

Very condescending!!! Rude! And talks to you like you are stupid because you ask a question like "what is my vision? 20/what?" He says "what does that mean?" Never going back waste of time. I told him I had something floating in my eye and he told me I need to come back and get it checked. Dont come here, he doesnt care about anything except making money. I had my son with me and had to keep my composure because inside I wanted to rip him a new one. Very rude! If you value doctors who cares, he is not worthy of your time and money. This doctor must have mood swings or something because all the positive reviews I see on here were the total opposite of what I experience.

Harry Pham is very condescending when he communicates to you. He also cuts you often since hes too busy speaking down to you. I would give him zero stars if I could. He did not communicate very well and he would make comments about my vision but did not go beyond to elaborate what I could do to make it better. His office Firewheel Eyecare is associated with LensCrafters in Firewheel mall. I wish I had google him before I saw him. Looks like he speaks this way to all his patients. I will not be coming back!
