Great doctors. It terrible staff. Everyone there is nice and welcoming but the nurses are terrible. We came here because Dr Andrew Kotas was highly recommended by the pediatrician at Baylor hospital in Dallas, but the staff there was very disappointing. My husband is also in the medical field and he gives a lot of room to excuses because he understands the field but even he was baffled by their actions. We took our baby 4 times during his first 2 weeks. First time was great, second time had a longer waiting period before we got to see the doctor. Third time was the time we went to get the 10 day newborn screening. We waiting for an hour before seeing a nurse; the staff was super unorganized coming in and out of the room, forgetting equipment, checking to see if someone else had done something (i.e. vital, paperwork). But worst of all, when the phlebotomist came to draw LOs blood, they used him as a pin cushion to train a girl who lied and said shes done it before. They ended up poking him 3 times in one leg and 2 on the other. If you do not want your child turned to a pin cushion do not come here.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I had been going to see Dr. Fisch for almost 10 years. Apparently he acquired new staff and they were rude. They also charged me 170 dollars for one visit plus the blood test fee which is still pending. I spoke with Christie Evans one of the managers at the location and she said that she felt sorry she couldnt do anything for me and it was unfortunate that my insurance didnt cover that visit and did not even provide me any options to help me with the ridiculous office visit fee they charge there. Also during the visit whatever they did for me I did not benefit at all from it. i was back to where I was. So basically they got free money from me. I will be going to see another doctor now and never going there again. Be careful with these people they are all after your money and dont care about your well being. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Walked in and told lady behind the desk that my girlfriend had passed out many times and that I had to give her rescue breaths due to lack of breathing. She could barely stand and let alone walk into ER. The lady told me to fill out papers on a clip board and that she needed to see some ID. I was not going to accept that type of concern for such a serious scenario. I got back in my car and drove over to Lumin care and immediately received help even before I could finish entering in her insurance info. If you need an ER, I suggest taking the chance and going to Baylor Plano on Preston. They will at least give you an appropriate response to the severity of your situation.

Absolutely love Dr. Fisch here at Baylor Family Medical Center Murphy. Front staff used to not be so great, but has definitely improved with great customer service. My husband has seen Dr. Andersen, and he is great as well. Office is new and nice, nurses have been helpful and courteous, and I love being able to make and reschedule appointments myself online. :)

I took my son this evening, because he had a horrible ingrown toenail that needed attention and was in and out in less than an hour... The staff was phenomenal. They have also been amazing with my fiancé who had gone in there for cardiac reasons. Love them solo much up there...Ty Dr. Torres and all staff on pm staff on 8/24/17
