Husband called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and they didnt ask for date of birth or any info as to why he was he was coming in...first red flag. I called to ask for new patient paperwork so that we could fill it out ahead of time and the receptionist asked for the name and then replies with "Oh wait...Hes a new patient?" Second red flag. Its not until he is in the room that they ask why he is there. Which was basically for a checkup and some other issues that he would have needed a specialist for, but due to our insurance we have to be referred by a PCP (which is why we scheduled this appointment to begin with). He basically says he cant treat anything that my husband is there for (we already knew this but again, we have to see a pcp first to be referred). I understand they dont treat everything, but he should at least be able to point us in the right direction and see him for his yearly check up but at this point Im glad we didnt stay for that! He was not helpful at all and we ended up asking for a refund. Do not waste your time.

Billing Receptionist

Called to get a fax number for this location. I was completely turned off by the receptionist. I work in the medical field and was completely shocked when I asked for the fax number she replied "for what?" I replied with "excuse me?" she said "Well you did not identify yourself." (SPEAKING VERY RUDE, LIKE I WAS INTRUDING ON HER TIME) Needless to say I found this very rude and I would not reach out to this office for any medical needs based simply on this business receptionist. YOUR FRONT DESK IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT POSTIONS, SETS THE MOOD FOR YOUR PRACTICE. SHE DID NOT SET A GOOD ONE. BY THE LOOKS OF THESE REVIEWS SHE NEEDS TO HAVE A TRAINING SESSION ON PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE. I JUST CALLED BACK TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AND I ASKED HER TITLE WHEN SHE ANSWERD THE PHONE "SHE IS EVERYTHING" LOL. WOW! I feel so bad for that practice and doctor. Your front desk is the worst and I am not even a patient. We will not be referring any patient to this facility. EVER.
