We loved it, I brought my husband here for a physical as well as to check on another issue that was bothering him. The front desk staff are very nice which is very rare to find ANYWHERE, there is a particular receptionist who treats EVERYONE with respect and a smile on her face, shes just lovely. unfortunately I dont remember her name. Well, we had an appointment and we didnt have to wait long at all. Weve seen both doctors at this clinic and Id recommend them both. The doctors and their staff have always been quick at getting back to us about results and making an appointment to discuss results since they cant do it by phone. Overall good clinic, if you make an appointment and show up on time you should be good. We found a gem among the many ghetto clinics in this area.

Don’t expect them to be too organized when it comes to your WC73 forms. If you need one sent to your employer, make sure to have that number put on the form. You might want to do some research on where they are sending you for referals. Most of the place are working with state aide and arent on the same level as a doctors office when it comes to procedures. You can make request for other office as long as they take w. comp. For example, one of the places for pain management does not even list the doctors used in the facility. I would not use them for serious injuries. They are not equipped for it.

With Patients Choice I have had real treatment, I have had real therapy. First they fixed the problem, then they started working with my rehabilitation. Every since then, thats who Im with and thats who I will stay with! I look at the fact that Im 51 years old and my bones dont heal quick at my age. My husband and my daughters, they work with me, you can imagine. This is a great place and Im not saying it because Im here. I know what they did for me, I know how far I have came. I have came a long way and Im getting better everyday!

TODAY MY WHOLE DOCTOR FROM OPENING THE FRONT TO LEAVING HAPPY TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF! THEY DID ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH MY MEDICAL NEEDS! I had been going here for almost 3 years until today when i got to my appointment 1 hr late after being there on time, My DOCTOR NO LONGER WORKS THERE...and they will not give me medication that has been prescribed for the last 2 years through them. Now i am forced to go to psychiatrist costing 340.00 out of pocket. Never going here again, just to get medical records. ridiculous.

I am very umpleased with the lack of service at the location on wheatland rd. First, there are too many complaints on the driver Alvin.......so I will join in with the complaints... lack of professionalism, does not take any notes...will not answer the phone when trying to reach him.
