i dont recomend this place for anyone! the assistants on the front desk have bad manners and are very impatient with the patient! They look ready to leave the minute they have to close the clinic. If you are planning on coming here make sure you dont come on a Wednesday because hopefully you wont be attended by the ladies that work that day, who are just plain RUDE! to who ever owns this place: the worker the patient meets first is their first impression- if they are rude...they wont come back because people dont pay to be treated like a nobody. I have no comment about the physician who i didnt get to meet.

I found that this places only problem was the wait at certain times, so I recommend coming early if you want to get in and out quickly. The physicians here are great and very caring, especially when it comes to kids. The staff must have changed since this last comment, because they were very helpful and nice. I had no problem besides waiting for about an hour. I came in for a cough, got a Rx, and was better in 3 days. Overall a pretty good job. OH AND THIS PLACE IS NOT CLOSED

the front desk agents are rude and act like you are not there talking to them and they really can care less. They never answer the phone so i have to fax the question im asking and then they dont answer that. Another thing they stop seeing people at 3:00 . i have kids in elementary that get out at 3 i want an appt for 3:15 or 3:30. they are full of it.

Dont explain things well dont tell me when the next appointment I should of never switch drs I was going to dr berry from parkland on Elam in balch springs I recommend her for sure lil bit of wait but she knows how to explain whats going on thinking about changing my daughter back to her dr she had

So our appointment was @9:30 we where the only ones here then people started to come and some every body went before us its now dam near 10:30an still aint been seen mean while everyone else is leaving needless to say we will be finding a new doctors office cause this dont make no sense
